Calm, private and functional

Pros: A lot of konbini near the place, a responsive and very helpful owner and also coin laundry incase you missed the timing

Cons: I underestimate the.distance of walking from the station.

Will definitely rent this house again

Pros: Good location and real cosy house ! Nice to get a real feeling of living as local for a week. Ikebukuro subway is really convenient and get access to almost everything in Tokyo. Also great place to shop and hang out at night.

Cons: Unfortunately there is absolutely no sound isolation and our neighbors were very noisy :( just unlucky I guess

Great.

Pros: The place is perfect. It has everything you need, just a 15-minute walk from the station. It comes with a washing machine in the room and a dryer outside, a fridge, and a stovetop. Honestly, I would come back without hesitation.

Tranquila y agradable.

Pros: Me daba miedo porque nunca había utilizado un alojamiento de este estilo pero fue genial, el anfitrión te envía las instrucciones y es super sencillo. Está a 15 minutos del centro de Ikebukuro, localización inmejorable. La habitación es muy grande, cómoda y bien equipada.

Pros: Très confortable et cosy, assez spacieux, bien fourni en équipement.

Cons: La localisation et le minuscule escalier ne sont pas très pratiques si vous avez des gros bagages.

Cons: Puedes llegar en bus o a unos 15 min caminando hay una estación de tren, es lo único malo ya que es muy buena zona para hospedarse

Pros: Le quartier était calme et il y avait pas mal d’endroit où manger à proximité.

Cons: L’emplacement est un peu loin de la gare mais il y a des bus à proximité quand même.

Comfortable and relaxing, I would stay there again.

Pros: The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. It had plenty of space. The bed was the most comfortable one I've slept on in Asia! The neighborhood was quiet as well.

Cons: Nothing. It was great.
