Nice little place, close to Shinjuku

Pros: We loved the location of the apartment, very close to the subway and the bus station (7-10 minutes by foot). The apartment had everything we needed.

Cons: We had problems with the key lock which was digital and some of the numbers we not registering for some reason so sometimes it took us 5-10 minutes just to unlock the door, it was very inconvinient. Also if you are on the top floor its gonna be difficult to carry the luggage but not impossible.

Pros: Very modern facilities with air-conditioning and spacious shower room, just a short walk away from the Oedo Toei line

Cons: The key locker system wasn't exactly easy to understand at first, and the key locker would not accept the numbers inserted at times

Pros: Location was absolutely superb! The property itself was very nice, all the amenities were new

Cons: The apartment wasn’t the cleanest when we moved in: a little dust here and there + weird spots on the decorative cushions on the bed

Quiet and modern facility nearby busy areas

Pros: Really enjoyed staying at the property. I think this is the best location if you want to be close to busy areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya but also want peace and quiet. It’s so quiet at night that I was even afraid to whisper haha. The facility has everything you need like a washing machine, stove, microwave and kettle. Staff replies very quickly and always ready to help. Check in might be confusing at first, just trust the guide the staff send you and you will be fine

Cons: - garbage truck in the morning sometimes is too loud. I was sleeping with the windows open and on a couple of days they were collecting the trash too loudly and for a long time. But besides that no other problems with loud noises - the WiFi sometimes was too slow. It didn’t really matter for me, but might be important for remote working - room had some hair when I checked in. The property was clean and neat overall but somehow I kept finding hair across the property. I just vacuumed quickly

Pros: Modern block of appartments ,entry is by key box . Compact but modern appart with nice bathroom and bonus of washing machine .location close to subway and only one or 2 stops into central Tokyo . The owners respond very quickly to any questions which is very good.

Cons: Nothing bad.

Confortable

Pros: Bath tub and shower are separated, laundry machine and microwave were very useful

Cons: Difficult to get the key

Nice little get away from the hustle and bustle, modern flat with needed amenities

Pros: I liked that it was a good home base to start each day. It was conveniently located next to konbinis and other stores. The train was super close. Plenty of stock for toiletries. The flat had everything we needed for my wife and I. We enjoyed how quiet it was there but also only 15 mins from Shinjuku. We could escape the hustle and bustle.

Cons: I would have liked it if the tv worked. There was some nights we came home from walking all day and wanted to relax with some Netflix but we weren’t able too. It wouldn’t load anything even after signing in. I feel like more towels could have been provided. The price for the size could have been a little bit lower.

Pros: La habitación está cómoda, tiene todos los servicios.

Cons: El edificio no tiene ascensor (estuvimos en 4o. Piso), y todos los pisos y escalera están sucios, con mucha basura.

Pros: Die Lage war super, das Zimmer war geräumig, Check in war sehr einfach und alles war sauber.

Cons: Ich konnte das Wlan Passwort nicht finden

Pros: Очень комфортное местоположение, все нужное было рядом. Регистрацию прошли быстро и легко. Номер комфортный, свободный, есть стиральная машина и порошок для стирки - за это отдельное спасибо!

Cons: Сильная влажность в ванной, никак не уходит и не выветривается.
