Good value, good size appartment, good location

Pros: Good location, good size apartment with a large closet space for your luggage. Has a balcony as well which was nice. Comes with washing machine, kitchen and all appliances.

Cons: It was not very clean when we arrived. Lots of hairs everywhere from previous guests. Also there was no laundry dryer so we bought one ourselves and left it there for other guests.

Pros: El apartamento es muy espacioso, con armario y una habitación grande.

Cons: Es muy frio, necesitas tener el aire acondicionado encendido siempre para estar a gusto

Très bon séjour à Tokyo

Pros: Nous avons apprécié le calme, le quartier, la proximité du supermarché Life, de la poste, du 7/11, de la gare Uguisudani de la ligne JY Yamanote (5mn à pied). L'appartement était très propre et correctement équipé même si 3 mugs et une théière en plus seraient appréciables. Nous y reviendrons du 1/1/2026 au 6/1/2026.

Cons: A notre arrivée une odeur de tabac dans les toilettes qui a disparue après ventilation.
