It's cosy and really enjoyed while there was no-one staying in the above residence.

Pros: Quiet location and about 20min walk to Skytree. Transport easy enough. Facility has everything you would need.

Cons: Residence above is also an Eden House facility and the tenants were very inconsiderate. The tenants were moving around and going in and out the front door (which is right next to our front door) at all hours of the night, and moving furniture around scraping the floor.
