All in all a good stay, some improvements could make it even better, but it is still good value for money. Location is 1

Pros: We loved how good the facilities were, and the apartment was very clean. Very nice natural daylight as well.

Cons: A few things to note. - The windows have no curtains / blinds to speak of, and as a result trying to sleep with streetlights in your eyes is quite hard. We had to cover the windows with clothes at night. - The noise of the railway is quite severe, some soundproofing / thicker windows might help. - The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable. - The sink should have a plug if washing up liquid is provided.

Good budget place probably a 1km walk from Ikebukuro Station

Pros: The location was good, a bit of a walk from the Ikebukuro station. The room was a bit cramped, but overall, clean and a great place to stay.

Great value, great location and new appliances

Pros: Easy to receive the key from the key box. For the price we paid, the room was very nice and very good location. We liked that there is a washer and laundry detergent, and the bathroom had a function to dry so the laundry was dried over the night. There were enough hungers, toilet papers, and everything we needed.

Cons: The apartment was on the third floor without elevator, so if you have a lot of heavy suitcases, it might a bit difficult… and the sofa bed was a bit hard. But other than that, we were very satisfied with the apartment.

Overall its perfect place for what we need and great value for money, ot would be good though if they provide extra pill

Pros: Location is okay as its close to train st and some shopping mall and just easy proximity to catch local bus transport. Also as it is right next to train station the noise could be difficult for light sleeper. Microwave and in room Laundry machine is plus as we need it.

Cons: It may be challenging for ppl with weak knee or if someone has previous knee injury as this accomodation only have stairs with secure rails.

Pros: Ikebukuro station was near, just 8 min walk away. Apartment was bit smaller than you might think from the pictures, but there was plenty of space for two. Quiet neighbourhood, train noices werent too bad. Nice view of the Tokyo skytree from the near bridge.

Cons: Hooks or hanger for jackets/towels etc would be nice.

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with complete facilities

Pros: Facilities are complete, good enough for few days stay

Cons: The mattress and sofa bed were a bit stiff, but not so bad. We had good sleep. The property located just behind the train line, you can hear the trains passing by. But I am ok with it and had no problem sleeping

Pros: Great location, equipped with essential facilities esp vacuum is the best!

Cons: It’s very near to train rail so comes with some noise, I’m not so sensitive to sound so I don’t feel bothered at all.

I really recommend this apartment.

家のようで居心地良かったです！

Pros: ベッドが2段ベッドだけどダブルベッドよりははるかに良く、広くて良かったです。ソファもあり過ごしやすい。机もあるので勉強など出来てよかった。道に迷って電話をしたら迅速にメール(電話)をくださって、対応が親切でした。

Cons: バスタブがあったら良かったです。(ある部屋もあるようでしたが) トイレットペーパーホルダーがあるとよいと思います。 しばらくいると慣れますが、電車の音が少し気になりました。
