Great value and great location

Pros: Located only a 15 minute walk from Ikkebukuro station. Multiple convenience stores nearby in a quiet neighborhood. Wouldn't mind staying here again for sure. Plenty of towels to take showers and the A/C systems worked well as far as I could tell. We took advantage of the kitchenette as much as we could.

Cons: The floor in the Wave room was slightly broken and bent in a little bit. My understanding is that it is an antique floor but i would recommend looking at it as I imagine it will get worse. This is I imagine a problem in a lot of homes in Japan but I hit my head multiple times in the bedroom because the ceilings were lower and if I didn't duck down entering the room I would hit my head.

Pros: The design & variety of spaces were very fun & it felt like a bit of a dorm situation.

Cons: It was unfortunately cold & wet weather while we were there so moving between rooms wasn't great but overall not a big deal
