Pros: - 상당히 저렴했던 가격(2인 기준 인당 1박에 5만원 선으로 끊을 수 있었음) - 스마트TV - 타 지역으로 이동할 때 편리함 - 분리형 화장실(샤워 도중에도 변기 이용 가능) - 욕조 생각보다 큼 - Wifi 빠름 - 냉장고가 2개 - 호스트가 답장이 빠름

Cons: - 방과 방간의 방음은 좋으나 방과 복도 방음이 안되는 수준 - 숙소에 도착하려면 계단을 반드시 올라야 함 - 세탁기의 건조 기능이 잘 안된다(세탁물이 많으면 힘들어한다, 단 건조대가 추가로 있어 괜찮음) - 1층이기에 뷰는 포기한다고 보는 게 빠르다
