Pros: It was close to a train station, convenient stores, grocery stores, and some restaurants. For Japan, the kitchen was large and it had the basic tools to cook meals. Host was responsive. Overall, it was proper accommodation for a large group. FYI, the property is literally next to the railway. We didn't mind the noise, but some people might.

Cons: The upstair's toilet room didn't produce any hot water. We tried letting the water run for a few minutes, but there was still no hot water for the sink. FYI, no elevators. Keep in mind, the property consisted of the 4th and 5th floor, so it may be difficult for some people. The beds were on the smaller size.
