Pros: It is on the fourth Floor, and the view of the neighborhood is very cute

Pros: Microwave, fridge, washer, place to hang up for wash clothes. the property is quite new and there were enough wall plug for charging purpose. Altho the room size is not super big but enough for 1 29inch 1 20inch luggage to be open and place on floor. We are lucky to have the room at 2nd floor and not 5th floor because no elevator in the building.

Cons: the heater is not quite enough warm in the room during winter and no air purifier provided inside bedroom as it was too dry during winter. the staircase inside maisonette was metal and it not easy to walk up down in cold weather. my kid fall down from staircase 2nd last step and lucky not bad injured as if it is bad could be bleeding cos the material is hard metal. Toilet is at upper level so everytime u need to walk up for use in which not very conveinence especially at midnight. the property floor is not carpet hence winter is super cold and property did not provide the slipper to wear in which is a bad points i would say. walk from metro station to property with some distance so if you travel with young kid or elderly could be a problem

Pros: La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada. A pesar de tener cerca el tranvía, era silenciosa y se dormía perfectamente. Todo estaba limpio y con buen aspecto.

Cons: Las indicaciones para tirar la basura en la habitación no coincidían del todo con las de los contenedores de fuera.

Accessible via Higashi-Ikekuburo Station exit 4 to whole Japan

Pros: Stayed here for 8 days and I would recommend highly recommended this apartment. Location wise it is a walking distance to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station exit 4 and Sunshine city. 7-11 is also near the station either in Rise City or near exit 4. This place is also suited on a neighborhood place and it feels like you are local. It is also close to a park that is near to the Tokyo International University. Bidet is present in the toilet which is a huge plus.

Cons: Just to let everyone know that there is no elevator in this apartment. This is a fifth floor apartment and we are given the fifth floor during our 8 days of stay. Be wary if you bring along huge luggage. The bath towel is very small.

Great value, clean and functional living space

Pros: Amazing value and good location. Close to Sunshine City, Higashi-Ikebukuro station, and somewhat close to Otsuka JR station. Good working bathroom including bidet, shower, bathtub, and laundry machine. Air conditioning unit and TV. The trash sorting drawers were useful. Easy check in and check out procedure; I was able to gain access to the unit after my late arrival. Didn't notice any distracting noise from other units.

Cons: Unfortunately I had to climb 5 floors of stairs every day as my unit was on the top floor. When it rained, the stairs were precarious. The pillows and bedding were just okay. The bath towel was small.

Pros: Sauber. Einfacher Check in. Lage direkt an Sunshine City Megamall und nahe JR Line Otsuka Station und Ikebukuro Station. Grundausstattung vorhanden.

Cons: Keine Instruktion zum Wifi, kein Aufzug, Eingangsbereich und Küche sehr eng und wenig Stauraum.

Pros: 建物自体が新しいのか、きれいで良かったです。その他、設備（洗濯機や冷蔵庫などの生活家電）が一通りそろっていたので、子連れのファミリー世代には、荷物を軽くすることができて良かったです。

Cons: 5階建てなのに、エレベーターが無く、階段のみだったのが辛かったですね（部屋が5階だったため）。部屋の照明に常夜灯が無かった。スタッフさんに連絡をとる際に電話が繋がらず、連絡調整に不安がありました。
