Good Location!

Pros: This place is just walking distance from the higashi-shinjuku station making it easy to find. It's near 7/11. It's the only 7/11 we went that has tables for eating. There's a nearby don quijote store and if you do not mind walking.. you will find a lot of shops and restaurants. It's a 20-30 mins walk to the meetup location when you book your activities from klook. There's a shared comfort room for the whole floor with 2 toilet and 3 bath (1 with bathtub) for women not sure with men..so if you are travelling as a group, you can wake up at the same time and get ready at the same time. Sharing with other tenants is not a problem we rarely bump with each other when getting ready. The owner gave us a straight forward instructions in getting inside the building. There's a common kitchen which is really neat. I really love this place..It's worth your money.

Cons: The place is neat it's just that, we are not sure if they are cleaning the bathroom. There are hair piling up in the drainage of the shower and it seems they did not pick it up for our whole stay. We pick it up ourselves at around 5th day of pur stay coz' we cannot take seeing it piling up.
