Pros: El lugar es tranquilo, la casa es perfecta para 2 personas, si hace mucho frio puedes sufrir un poco porque aunque hay calefaccion no calienta todo el espacio y lugares como el baño son muy fríos. El baño esta en la parte de abajo por lo que es un poco inconveniente para la noche tener que bajar. El lugar de la casa es bueno porque aunque está alejada de el centro de Tokio, queda cerca de una avenida con un par de restaurantes muy buenos y paradas de autobús que llevan a la estación de funabori.

Cons: La calefacción no calentaba lo suficiente y sufrimos un poco con el frío.
