Très bon rapport qualité-prix à quelques stations de Shinjuku

Pros: L'emplacement à quelques stations de Shinjuku est excellent. Deux stations de métro sont très facilement accessibles. Le quartier est très agréable avec beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces. Pas vraiment possible de cuisiner mais beaucoup de restaurants sont très abordables. Une mention spéciale à Ippudo sur L'avenue Waseda pour ses ramens et ses gyozas à un prix imbattable autour de 1000 yens.

Cons: Quelques petits points à améliorer (lave linge, vaisselle, tasses par exemple, couteaux, une ou 2 chaises pliantes seraient sympas aussi), mais globalement très bon rapport qualité-prix pour les petits budgets. 2e étage sans ascenseur.
