Pros: The location may feel a little outside the city, but it is actually very convenient for getting to the city center. The train usually has seats available and is not crowded, which makes the commute very comfortable. The room is very spacious, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The owner is always supportive, kind, and very quick to respond to any questions, which makes the stay even better. This is my second time staying here, and both times I had the same great experience.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no elevator from the 1st floor. This means you need to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor before reaching the elevator. If you have big luggage or are traveling with seniors, it can be a bit difficult sometimes. However, it is still definitely worth staying here.

Pros: The room size was comparably bigger compared to typical hotel in Japan. It’s in a self sufficient location with varieties of restaurants, convenience store and a mini supermarket.
Cons: The average travel time of 1 hour to major attractions in Tokyo and no JR station nearby (only Keisei) made the commuting tiring.

Felt at home right away! #WorthEveryPenny!
Pros: - Value for money! - The decor is amazing. It was very comfortable and clean. - The apartment is larger than most. - It had everything we needed (Cutleries, cleaning supplies, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, oven, balcony etc) - Location is great! 2 mins walk from the nearest train station. A convenient store was right below our building. - Has streaming services like Netflix.
Cons: - There was no bidet. - Small closet space (it was actually just full of extra bedding &/or cleaning supplies/tools). - Elevator is small (& smelly). - Need to take the stairs behind the convenient store to access the building (& the elevator). However, these are very minor inconveniences. Once you get over it, the apartment is beyond worth it. Just extremely beautiful, comfortable, clean & convenient.

A perfect place for solo travelers and family
Pros: I have been searching accommodation for my trip for almost 2 weeks. I eventually came across this place and everything almost looks perfect. Location, space, prices etc. Location is perfect! Near a train station (5 min walk) and that train station (Horikiri Shobuen has elevators, so moving luggages becomes easy). There is a small grocery store on the first floor and a decent 2-story grocery store 3 mins away. The room is spacious. I am living by myself but it can surely accommodate 4 person. The room is also very clean. There are plenty of amenities provided. It is very convenient. The host are friendly. Communication is smooth and all messages through booking is answered promptly. Communicating with English is fine so there is no language barrier. The price is also unbeatable. I would visit Tokyo again this summer for Hanabi Daikai, I hope I can still book here. Thank you for this wonderful stay.
Cons: Nothing, everything is perfect.
