Ken's Place Azabu-Juban

Overall, it's a very nice,modern, clean place, exceptional for families and friend groups.

Pros: The place is spacious, clean and all the ammenities are modern. Kitchen is well equiped. It has a very nice TV room. The bathrooms are topnotch.

Cons: Check out time is too early. Check in time is also too late. They said you can check in early and check out late for a fee but when I asked them for this, they said I can't . I was disappointed because I was travelling with an infant. The weather outside was very cold.

Excellent- I would Ken’s Place again and recommend to friends.

Pros: Outstanding position in a quiet neighbourhood but with easy access to transport, cozy cafes and restaurants. Well furnished and generous space.

Cons: The check in process is laborious especially if you’ve been travelling all day and arrived late. Ideally, all the futzing with uploading passport details and photos could be done online prior to arrival.

Pros: Place overall is great! Good amenities, comfortable bed, and location is good

Comfy and pretty place

Pros: The place is clean, cozy, chic and comfy. Well-equipped kitchen, there are all kinds of appliances also a washing/drying machine.

Cons: It’s a pity that it is far from the closest metro station, 20 mins walk.

Beautiful stay in a quiet and convenient location.

Pros: Beautifully clean and quiet location short walk to convenience stores Starbucks and train stations making it super easy to get around felt very safe and secure with everything that we needed as a family to enjoy our stay

Cons: The sofa beds weren’t actually a sofa so the couch was quite hard there’s also no storage to unpack belongings for your stay so you end up with suitcases everywhere

Great space, convenient location and comfortable

Pros: Convenient location , great for family . More space than a regular Tokyo hotel. Great facilities . Comfy bed and an overall great living space that we will certainly book again

Cons: One slight issue was the toilet …. There was a terrible drainage issue or something causing a smell .

Family stay in Ken's Place

Pros: Ken's is situated in an excellent location, close to convenience stores, cafes, restaurants & excellent travel network. The Metro station's & buses are all within a 10 min walk. The flat itself was clean & modern. There was a washing machine, microwave, cooker toaster, kettle so it was very easy to make breakfast etc. They kindly provide washing detergent, fabric softener, loo rolls & washing up liquid, which we really appreciated. The 🚿 is excellent! On the whole we were a family group of 7 & we all enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The only gripe is that the circular stairs down to the sleeping area are not child or disability friendly. There are large gaps in the handrail which it is easy to fall through.

Great modern flat in good location.

Pros: A great size, immaculately clean and well equipped. Superb washer/dryer. Very quiet building and surrounding streets. A great location a short walk from our daughter’s flat in Roppongi Hills. A problem with the bathroom washbasin waste was dealt with rapidly and efficiently.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and modern. All facilities looked new. More space than we were expecting.

Indico, lugar agradável e aconchegante

Pros: Tudo muito bem organizado, limpo, com muitos itens que facilitaram nossa estadia, aquecedor no quarto e na sala, tudo conforme a foto! Lugar bem tranquilo com kombinis próximas. Estação de metrô a uns 10 minutos.
