Quiet property, convenient for the train to central Tokyo

Pros: Clean futon beds in a room with a starry ceiling and a warm air conditioner. I really appreciated that the hotel asked which bedroom I would like the futons made up in; the rest of the bedrooms were empty. The shower had good water pressure. The street from the local station to the hotel location is pleasant. The online communication from the hotel was kind and respectful, and I would stay again.

Cons: There were many messages/instructions from the hotel before arriving, which may be a little hard to follow for someone who is new to Japan.

Pros: Spacious place and clean. Nice amentities, such as kitchenware, smart tv etc.

Cons: A bit far from tokyo downtown. We were on a floor with no elevator so as we had many staff we had to carry them throught the stairs.

Pros: Perfect for a group, great location, beautiful area with lots of local shops and 7 eleven’s. Recommend 100%

Pros: Great location, clean and quiet area. Plenty of dining options close by.

We are definitely planning to come back here again, as Tokyo is not a city that can be seen and know

Pros: Everything,.. ! 😃 -Even the property is in OTA-city,which is not the best for travellers,we had a great time exploring it too,..(nightlife,stores,shrines,gardens..) -Shops are right at the corners,..(lawson) who prefferes 7-11,its 5 minute walk into it,.. -From property to Omorimachi Station is like 5-10 minute of walk,which is super cool and from there you can travel to anywhere,.. ,we are definitely planning to come back here again, as Tokyo is not a city that can be seen and known in just 7-8 nights! we thank the host for the great communication in English as well

Cons: thin walls = i could hear outside AC units,.. but it was probably only my problem,because i have problem to fall a sleep in general,.. (considering the time change +7 hours) when i asked my friends how they did with their sleep,they said,they slept well :)) ! edit. : if you are planing to take taxi to the property,.. say to the driver,that he has to turn LEFT at the lawson shop,.. or ask him to drop you there,.. otherwise the GPS will navigates him to the street behind the property ! 😄

For the price and what we were looking for it was just fine.

Pros: It's wonderful to have many separate rooms. There is a table in the kitchen where four people can sit. The location is nice, about 10min to the nearest train station (local trains only) and close to many small restaurants and convenience stores. A/C worked great. Total travel time to/from Haneda airport is appr. 30min (including walking). Overall it worked well with us.

Cons: It is typically Japanese with absolutely minimal equipment in the rooms. One room with a TV, two rooms with a board to put things on, all rooms with 4 hooks and 2 hangars on the wall. Other than that - empty. There are no utensils to cook with (only pot and pan), two spoons and no forks or knives. Plenty of chopsticks. Walls are very thin. You can hear people upstairs and on the stairs. There is a washing machine, but it doesn't have a real dryer function (or at least I couldn't get it to dry my clothes).

Pros: Es un apartamento entero de 4 habitaciones para nosotros solos que eramos dos. Las camas son tipo futon, eran comodas. La ducha tiene muy buena presión de agua y tiene lavadora. A pesar de estar lejos de la ciudad, esta en un barrio que tiene muy buenas opciones. Supermercado life (a partir de las 9 rebaja el sushi casi al 50%), mcdonald, dominos y varios lawson. Tiene una linea de tren cerca. El apartamento tiene una cocinita con frigorífico, vajilla etc. Encontramos el apartamento muy limpio y ordenado. El dueño te deja las indicaciones por mensaje y es facil de encontrar. El WC es el mejor que he visto en japón :)

Very nice property I would stay there again.

Pros: Excellent value, excellent property. A little hard to find at first, but when you’re looking at Domino’s it is the second alley to the left at the end. Great little neighborhood and lots of places to grab food or drinks within steps of the property..

Cons: As like many wood buildings, it could be a little loud if the upstairs neighbors are active however it was manageable.

Pros: Wir haben auf der zweiten Etage übernachtet. Die Wohnung hat 4 Schlafzimmer. Schlicht eingerichtet, man hat aber alles was benötigt wird, sogar Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und sauber. Der Zugang über Google Maps ist falsch, führt zum Huntereingang bzw Notausgang.

I felt like I was really living in Japan, not getting the tourist experience. I loved it here!

Pros: The location was a short walk away from Omorimachi station, and the surrounding are was very beautiful and quaint. It was very homey and residential, it felt like I was experiencing the real Japanese lifestyle. There are so many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Cons: I would have preferred fewer, larger rooms rather than so many smaller rooms. I understand this is simply how Japanese houses are so I don't fault the owners. The beds as well I struggled to sleep well on, but again this is more of an American simply not being used to futons. My only other complaint is that it was a bit out of the way from other areas of Japan, the few times I ended up having to take a taxi, it was quite expensive.
