Very comfortable stay in a warm, cosy and modern apartment.

Pros: The location is good. Yotsuya Shanchome is close enough to the busy areas of Tokyo central (e.g. Shinjuku, Shibuya) but far enough away that you get to escape the busy areas when you’ve had enough of the crowds.

Cons: It’s ideal for a couple but I wouldn’t recommend anymore than 3 adults. I’d also recommend packing as light as possible (avoid large luggage bags if you can) but that’s more a general comment. We fit two large luggage bags in the closet easy enough (stacked).

Pros: Clean, comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely modern and clean Apartment

Pros: Great little apartment central to Shinjuku and very modern. The bed was comfortable and son was happy to sleep on the sofa bed. Easy access to the tube stations and some good local restaurants

Cons: The checkin was a bit long winded when I thought I had supplied a lot of the information in the forms I had filled out beforehand

Pros: The location is good and very convenient to stay with my family. Value for money.

Cons: The check in process has some small issue where Minpakuin not able to get the details even we have the reservation code and update all the info in upfront. But the customer service help us to register accordingly.

muy buena estancia

Pros: Estaba super bien situado, en un barrio familiar. La líneas de metro quedaban a 10 minutos andando en la calle principal. El convini a 5 minutos andando. Tuve un problema con mi maleta y tenía que tirarla, al ser un objeto grande es complicado para turistas rellenar todo el proceso de recogida. Me puse en contacto con ellos a través de Booking y me ayudaron super bien y super fácil. Estoy agradecida de que me ayudaran con la maleta la verdad. Teníamos lavadora y con chat gpt la pusimos super fácil jajahjaja Por cierto las fotos iguales al sitio, estaba todo super nuevo

Cons: no tiene ascensor y si vas con maletas grandes puede ser complicado, pero entre dos las bajamos muy bien

Pros: דירה מאובזרת מאוד ובמיקום נוח. לא חסר לנו בה כלום, והיא קרובה לאזורים מרכזיים מאוד. היינו 3 והיה לנו נוח. יש תחנת שילוח מזוודות של yamato ממש קרוב, הלכנו ישירות אליהם והם טיפלו בהכל!

Cons: מדרגות תלולות בבניין שעלולות להקשות על הרבה אנשים. תהליך צ'ק אין שלוקח 10 דקות גם אם כבר עשיתם צ'ק אין מוקדם. אישית קצת הסתבכנו בכניסה אבל בסוף הדירה היתה שווה את זה.

Pros: Pulizia ottima, casa fornita di tutti i servizi, comodità del letto, arredamento moderno e confortevole, quartiere tranquillo e non affollato

Cons: Check in complesso, oltre a inserire tutti i dati prima di arrivare all’alloggio abbiamo dovuto fare una videochiamata con una operatrice. La posizione della casa è a due fermate di metropolitana da Shinjuku

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena en un barrio tranquilo y bonito , pero a 3 paradas de metro de Shinjuku con la línea Marunouchi, que también te lleva directo a la estación central de Tokio. El apartamento está bien equipado y la cama es cómoda. Bien aislado de ruidos.

Cons: La mesa de comer se movía muchísimo y había olor a humedad pero el balance es positivo.

Gute Unterkunft mit genug Platz und guter Lage.
