#4New open 3stops to Shinjuku spacious stylish apartment

Pros: The room and bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. In a quiet location and close to the well stocked Family Mart just down the road. Walkable to Nakano Sakaune train station which is the main one to get to Shinjuku and other attractions.

Cons: No sink on the room to wash dishes. Had to use the bathroom sink.

Pros: Cozy apartment in a quiet residential area. Nakano-Sakue station is a short walk away and there are some convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Close enough to enjoy Shinjuku but also far away from all the chaos of the area. There was more than enough space for 6 people and the amenities were great. There are umbrellas available for guests, a washing machine on the top floor (great view too!) Bonus points because the host was so friendly and helpful!

Pros: Confortable and clean. Was really cool for a group of 4 young like us

Cons: 15 min walk for the metro station (it was not really a big problem)

I recommend it.

Pros: Clean apartememt. Balcon was great to eat. Enough place to four people when you are here to visit tokyo. Easy to acces at any time (keys in lockbox in front of the door). Good price. We recommend it. We really enjoy it.

Cons: As said on booking. Four floor without elevator. Many information writting to forbid smoking, talk at late hour. If you do, you need to pay a fine but no problem at check out in reality.

Appartamento accogliente e comunque molto buono

Pros: Che stava su una zona tranquilla ma non lontana da quello che volevamo vedere

Cons: Terzo piano con scale strette e piccole . Che mi hanno causato un po’ di problemi con le valigie visto che i bagagli da stiva erano grandi e ho sudato un bel po per portarle su

Habitación completa, increíble ubicación

Pros: Habitación muy limpia y tiene toallas y secador entre otros. El baño muy moderno con vater tecnológico y equipado con champú, acondicionador y gel de ducha. Las camas muy cómodas. Tiene aire acondicionado y balcón. Calidad-precio está MUY MUY bien. Se encuentra a 25 minutos más o menos andando del barrio Shibuya, ubicación increíble. En la entrada ofrecían paraguas para pasar el día, gran detalle porque llueve con frecuencia.

Cons: La habitación era algo pequeña, pero muy completa.

Appartamento spazioso e comodo

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, con un bel bagno, 4 letti, un tavolino ed un terrazzino vivibile. Nonostante fossimo in 3 con 2 valigie ed uno zaino ciascuno, non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio. La posizione poi è a poche fermate di metro da Shinjuku e ci sono due stazioni di due linee differenti nelle vicinanze. Ottima la comunicazione con lo staff, avvenuta sempre via messaggio.

Cons: Le scale sono un po' strette e non è facile arrivare al piano con le valigie. C'è solo una lavasciuga posizionata sul tetto, il che rende un po' difficoltoso lavare il proprio bucato dal momento che è a disposizione di tutti e 4 gli appartamenti del condominio.

Pros: The rooms were really nice and clean! And the cleaners were amazing and super friendly

Cons: There wasn’t much to be honest. It all seemed great!

Pros: スタッフさんが、とても丁寧でありがたかったです。 お部屋はキレイ。 家族6人でしたが、ゆっくり眠れるベッドでした。

Cons: 設備ですが、シンクがなく洗い物に少し不便さはありました。

Sehr angenehmes, grosses Zimmer für 4 Personen.

Pros: Schön eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, viel Platz, super Badezimmer, schöne Dachterrasse. Gute Lage.

Cons: Da die Wände, Fenster schlecht isoliert sind, war es doch recht laut in der Nacht.
