Pros: The size of the room is generous and comfortable. Well equipped!

Cons: A little confusing for check in and communication through the app of booking.com. Would had be nice to have a vending machine for the washing machine and dish washer detergent.

Pros: Location was excellent. 3-4 mins walking to the metro station which is on the main Ginza Line (which connects most visited places in Tokyo). Spacious apartment.

Refreshing

Pros: The hosts were excellent. Provided a lot of information before and after arrival in Japan. Always checking up to see if we were fine and giving tips and suggestions on a lot of things.

Cons: The air conditioning in the living room is not powerful enough to heat the whole space. The AC there is small, so the living room was cold, but the one in the bedroom was excellent: strong and robust.

Overall a really great place to stay in an upscale area

Pros: Great location, very close to supermarkets and not just convenience stores. 25 min walk to Shibuya Scramble. Metro stations are only a few mins away. Apartment had plenty of room which was clean and had everything you need. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower room.

Cons: Key box section in reception was hidden by a cover so wasn't easy to find but staff can direct you to it. Not a big problem but would be useful if the apartment had more hooks/railings to hang coats and towels, especially in the bathroom. Also a clothes airer would be good if doing laundry.

Pros: Fantastic location, close to the metro station and Ginza line which goes directly to Shibuya. Nice building and very well equipped spacious apartment. We had a great stay.

Pros: Excellent location for the National Stadium with grocery stores and a pharmacy next door and close to subway stations. The apartment was large with a very comfy bed and pillows. The balcony was very used for drying clothes.
