Overall an amazing and comfortable yet budget friendly choice !

Pros: The moment upon entry you could smell the cleanliness of the space and indeed it was clean and comfortable the whole 4 days of our stay . ( body just relaxed immediately under the bedsheets with the cleanliness smell and soft texture 😆) We really loved how centric the apartment was as we were able to travel to and from very easily . The host was very hospitable and reliable.

Cons: The bathroom and kitchen spaces were quite smaller than what we were used to but very manageable . We didn’t quite know as-well as to how to discard apartment rubbish hence had to leave it behind as didn’t have any where nearby to dispose of it . Something to consider perhaps. Very hard to come by a waste bin in most areas of Japan .

It was location convenient and practical for sleep and shower

Pros: Location was very convenient, in between two main stations connected to central Tokyo and very close to a main street with groceries, restaurants, ATMs…

Cons: There’s a hob but no space for pans nor cutlery. You need to grab it from the hallway. No dishwasher neither. The kettle’s cable is too short to put it on in the kitchen’s plug. The futon is starting to bend in the middle like making a hole. I did sleep well but wouldn’t do more than 3 nights.

Pros: It was nice and cosy, everything we needed for a stay in Tokyo

But overall, very good!

Pros: We can ask whatever we need that they don’t provided at first.

Cons: A little bit far from train station.

Pros: I came half an hour earlier than I specified during booking but the room was all ready and I could check in with no problems at all

Generally excellent

Pros: One of the cheapest stay in central Tokyo. Clean and quiet.

Cons: A bit distance from the nearest metro station, ~15min walk.

Cons: Thin mattress close to the floor

We had a good stay and we enjoy it.

Pros: Location is walking distance in train station, good for morning walks

Cons: Garbage bin is too small for a family, and garbage bag not available in storage near stairs.

Wonderful stay. Brilliant host who responded to all requests. Far to walk but spacious room.

Pros: Easy check-in with prepaid mobile attached to door. Host answered quickly and came down to greet us and show us to our room. Answered all questions and requests (I.e. cooking utensils). Room spacious for Tokyo and clean. Was able to store luggage at check-out and they have a weighing scale so you can see how heavy suitcases are.

Cons: The apartment is very far from Oshiage metro station so I wouldn't book if you don't like walking. Also the stairs were quiet narrow. If you have large suitcases request a ground floor room. Would have liked a higher table (all furniture is very Japanese and low level).

my feelings

Pros: Very quiet place to stay. We used the small phone on the door to contact the administrator. He took us to the room. Communication was barrier-free. There is a supermarket nearby. Convenience store is open 24 hours. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Tokyo Skytree. It takes 10 minutes to walk to JR Kameido Station. It is very convenient. Katori Shrine is next to it.
