Sasatsuka Fleur Tachibana Hotel Apartment

We loved the light filled home, quiet area but easy access to major tourist attractions.

Pros: The location was lovely and quiet and a short walk from the local train station-easy to get to the tourist places like Shinjuku or Shibuya. The home was light, spacious and has two bedrooms. It gave a sense of being part of the neighbourhood, very relaxing but shops not far away. Kitchen option was good. Great to get the clothes dry on the balcony.

Cons: One of the bedrooms was very comfortable, the other bedroom had very thin futons (much thinner than elsewhere) which made it difficult to sleep for adults not used to it.

A welcoming homely spot in a perfect quiet location. Close walk to train station . Loved it!

Pros: Felt like home away from home . Easy to Access and great neighbourhood .

Cons: One bedroom had a traditional mat on the floor to sleep on… it was a little uncomfortable.

Pros: Great location close to many restaurants and cafes. Also close to transport. A quiet residential location. Very easy to walk to many great places nearby including Shimokitazawa.

Cons: The facilities are a little outdated. It looks a little different to the photos. The main bed squeaks when you move around. There are no supplies such as tea or coffee provided.

Pros: Definitely the biggest spot we stayed at in Japan. It's an older, but very comfortable apartment with lots of room and privacy. The host was amazing and even let us check in a little early. More than responsive and helpful. The area is really cool. Lots of windy roads in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Just a short walk to 2 different train stations with lots to do near them. The full size kitchen was nice as well as on-site laundry. The water pressure was phenomenal. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: It was a little bit of a walk to get to the train stations, but it wouldn't have even been an issue if it hadn't been nearly 100°F. I also don't know if I would have been able to find it without a map. It is very tucked away, but also very quiet and pleasant to come home to after a long day in the city.

Location is Perfect!!!!

Pros: The location is awesome - sooo close to train station and the property has Japanese style beds (exact.ly what we wanted)

駅から近くてコンビニや食事処がたくさんあり便利

Pros: 駅から徒歩10分ほど、商店街を通り過ぎて住宅街の中で夜は静かだった。近くにコンビニ数件あり。滞在するのに最低限の設備があり、エアコンはすべての部屋にあって良かった。お部屋は掃除がされていて綺麗で広かった、赤ちゃんがいるので布団があるのは有難かった。景色が良かった。

Cons: 布団の部屋の寝室の襖が空いてあり、その中にあるチェストの上に汚れている？湿ったバスタオルがあって不潔に感じた。 玄関ドアの鍵穴が上下2つあり、どっちに挿せばドアが開くのか分からなかったのでチェックイン前の連絡で予め教えて欲しかった。

Pros: Mi è molto piaciuto la posizione e le finiture e dimensioni della casa.

Cons: Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia, i pavimenti negli angoli delle stanze e lungo il perimetro dei locali erano impolverati. Pulizie in generale.

Pros: L'espace, les deux chambres, la cuisine, les équipements, le salon, la salle de bain, l'emplacement proche du métro et le quartier avec boutiques et restaurants. Le meilleur logement en 3 semaines

Cons: Les escaliers avec les valises à l'arrivée et les travaux à côté (bruit)
