Exceptional place and great owner

Pros: The owner/manager was extremely responsive. The room was very clean and tidy and lots of things provided such as towels and tooth brush and shampoo and bodywash Very spacious and decent location

Cons: WiFi was causing issue but overall everything was amazing.

Comfy and convenient.

Pros: The location is quite close to the JR station, Nakano is a quiet and tranquil place and wasn't hard to reach from the touristic spots. The landlord was super responsive and understanding.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit of a struggle due to the small size, but we managed.

Pros: ห้องพักสะอาด เตรื่องซักผ้าถังใหญ่ ซักได้เยอะ มีน้ำยาซักผ้าให้ด้วย เดินทางจากสถานี Nakano shimbashi ไม่ไกล แถวที่พักมีร้านสะดวกซื้อครบเลยทั้ง 7-11, lawson,family , ร้านซูชิ ,ราเมน หรือร้านอบผ้า ชอบมากค่ะ ซักผ้าในห้องเสร็จแล้วก็เอามาอบต่อที่ร้าน ใส่ได้ทันที ต่อไปก็ไม่ต้องขนเสื้อผ้ามาเยอะแล้วค่ะ

Cons: สิ่งเดียวที่ทำให้ลำบากคือ การเปลี่ยนสถานี ตอนแรกงงและเสียเวชาไปพอสมควร แต่พอจำได้ก็ไม่งงแล้วค่ะ

Warm, Beautiful and Perfect Location

Pros: The room looked small to us in the pictures, but when we got inside, we realized we had made a good choice. It was definitely ideal for a group of three.

Cons: The only problem is the small toilet. If you're tall like me, you might have a bit of a hard time. It's the structure of the house, there's nothing to do LUL

Pros: 地點很好，旁邊就是地鐵站，晚上十點多都還有很多餐廳在營業。附近有多家超市和便利商店，日常用品購物很方便。生活起居空間足夠，冷氣正常運作

Cons: 浴室有點小，而且排水不良，洗澡時浴缸外面的地面都會積水

最高。機会があればまた利用したいし、系列店にも行ってみたい。

Pros: 安眠をうりにしているだけあって、窓が二重になっていてとても静かだった。そもそも閑静な住宅街にあり、静かな環境ではあったが、それでも玄関を出ると車やバイクの音など普通の生活雑音はある。それが、部屋に入るとほぼ外の音が聞こえなかった。設備も調理道具や食器、アメニティなどなど、一通り揃えてくれていたし、部屋はとてもきれいだし、付近のセミダブルのホテルに比べても部屋は広いし、なのに格安。食事などはセルフでいいから快適に過ごしたいという人にはとてもおすすめできると感じます。

Cons: 不満は特にないけど、強いて言うとしたら、調味料をスーパーで買うと余ってしまうので、塩とこしょうとしょうゆぐらいはあれば助かったかな？という気がする。もしかしてリクエストすれば貸してもらえたのだろうか？確認すればよかったです。
