Pros: Great convenient location! Especially for going to the airport at the end of our stay. Comfy beds and clean room.

Cons: Nowhere to hang towels except a wet area in the shower room. Key is tricky to figure out and it sucks there's only one for 3-4 people.

Superb value for money with high quality interior and convenient location incl Tokyo Tower view

Pros: Great room design separating kitchen/bathroom to the bedroom, having a desk, having a washing machine. Great location close to three subway stations with a striking view of the Tokyo tower when you go out to the main streets. Quiet neighbourhood in a fancy rich area of Tokyo. Great price too if you book early enough.

Cons: Subway stations were 8-10 mins walk away. Could also provide more surface areas to put stuff on.

A great place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Convenient location. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Tokyo. Made good use of washing machine and detergent provided. Love extra touches like disposable indoor shoes provided. Lift access to apartment great for travellers with heavy bags.

Cons: Sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Pros: Amazing location in Minato City, place was clean, quite big, easy to travel to and easy to access with the instructions from the host. There were also plenty of utensils and appliances provided. Overall a really great place and experience!

Pros: Location is just perfect, quite location and very clean. Close to amenities, kitchen was amazing as we cooked our breakfast.

Great location for first timers

Pros: I really liked staying here. This is perfect place for the first time travelers. Easy to get to from both airports and also very nice, not hectic. Location was awesome. Room was clean, comfortable for Japan standards. There was everything I needed. The check in was easy, just followed instructions I got 2 days before I arrived. They even let us exted our check out for free! I would come here again.
