Russia 🇷🇺

All in all good value for money and quite comfortable stay.

Pros: Comfortable for 2 people, good bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, basic kitchen equipment and cutlery

Cons: Early checkout time (10.00) with no option of staying later, unclear checkout process. Also issues with the garbage - if you stay longer than 3-4 days, you need to collect it and put in the storage downstairs, which was locked. No cleaning during the whole stay, and not very clean when we arrived.

Pros: Overall good value and a great room, but it was a bit dusty, likely due to being close to the road

Cons: To reach the location, walk about 19 minutes from the train station.

Pros: Quite a place, however, next to a shopping complex and 10 mins from the main train station.

Pros: Safe, clean, quiet and spacious compared to most places in Japan!

Cons: Nothing to report, I was very happy with my stay

Well worth what I paid for

Pros: Same as what was shown in the picture. Every space is maximized. Space was enough for a family of 3.

Cons: Location is far from the train station. There were nooks and crannies in the room that was dusty. But overall it was worth what I paid for.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Pros: Apartment was well located in a bustling part of Tokyo. Easy to find and not far from public transport. Very clean and very comfortable bed.

Cons: Apartment was for 3 but there were only two very wobbly chairs (we barely dare sit on them!). Kitchen could have done with a few more cooking items (there were two hotplates but only one pan). I did not realise we would be next to such a major road and, despite double glazing, it was very loud all night.

Cons: location is far from train station, but they do have some close bus stations to get to a train station.

Reasonable rate at a new facility

Pros: The facility is new. There’s donkey hote ( large discounted store) nearby. The bedroom is separated with the door from the living room. There’s a dryer in the bathroom.

Cons: The length of the walk to Ikebukuro station was different from what’s written. It took 17 minutes although I walk fast whereas it’s written 12 minutes. The system to get the keys were complicated. I found hairs in the living room, bedroom and the bathroom. The noise of the traffic from the highway just underneath was sometimes intolerable.

Overall Its ok for its price If you dont mind walking !

Pros: The property was really nice and good for a party of 3 (2 of us shared the bed and 1 was on the futon)! The facilities were really useful and clean plus theres an elevator so we didn’t need to worry about carrying our luggage upstairs. The step by step procedure for check in helped.

Cons: Its quite far from the main station so you have to walk a distance but there is a bus stop near by if you’re not in the rush.
