Very good

Pros: The apartment was big enough for three people and had all the amenities we needed ! Moreover the host always replied quickly to our questions.

Cons: A bit far away from shinjuku station but it made us exercise 😁

Pros: It’s convenient… public carpark is just across the apartment with Lawson and 7/11 just downstairs and donki just a street down. However, it’s a 6-15 min walk to the train station.

Cons: Pretty tight for 3 luggages, not trash bag is provided and power points are located far away from the bed. Please print a 3m cable which I have or a portable extension cord to have power between beds to charge your gadgets.

Good location

Pros: Spacious apartment (for Japan) in a really good location.

Cons: Cold water from the sink, microfiber small towels were horrible, needed to be cotton. Also no hand towel in bathroom. Lack of power sockets in useful locations.

We had a good stay with three adults.

Pros: It was very clean and the A/C worked well. The beds were pretty comfortable. The location and floor was quiet. Easy walking distance to trains and nightlife. Convenience store is right next door!

Cons: The common areas were not air conditioning.

Pros: 房间还挺大的适合一家三口旅行，各种碟子碗杯子都有，微波炉也有。负责清洁的人员是位中国人，去公寓去早了，差点进不去，刚好遇到这位姐姐，问她借电话，才发现她就是负责打扫我房间的。很幸运，服务也很不错。

Cons: 地址指引可以更清晰一些，找了好一些时间。毕竟是歌舞伎町里面，环境还是有点复杂，希望指引清晰。

Clean, central location in shinjuku, and convenient

Pros: We LOVED it here!!! The place was sparkling clean when we arrived. The host answered any questions we had promptly. The location was amazing as it was close to all the main areas like the cute mini bars at Golden Gai and had both a 7 eleven and lawsons convenience store right downstairs. The balcony for sunrise and sunset is a huge plus too. The only thing is that the place is a bit small, but so is most lodging in that area. You’re here to explore Tokyo and don’t need a big place anyway. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I will be staying here!! Thank you so much for sharing your space!!!
