OPEN! TOKYO Kitasenju A Newly built stylish room!

Pros: Quiet area, only 10 mins walk from main shopping, restaurants, train station. Good wifi. Washing machine. Good value for money. We were happy with our stay.

Cons: There was only one chair, so the other person had to perch on the high stool or sit on the floor. Not very relaxing at the end of the day.

Homely comfy place, unforgettable experience

Pros: Great location close to shops, good food and main train station

Cons: Narrow stairs, hard to get to the top floor with luggage

The peaceful neighbourhood and soft beds

Pros: The accomodation is located in a nice quiet area. We never heard our neighbours and slept nicely. The beds and pillows were soft. Every electrical item worked properly. The rooms smelled nicely, it was cozy inside. There are some good places to eat and do the groceries in the neighbourhood. The bus stop and the subway station were nearby. It is easy to walk to the apparent right from the station and pick up some local goodies on your way home. The door in the bedroom makes this place private and peaceful. The landlord was polite and friendly. We will miss our time there and we hope to come back in future.

Cons: The cleaning service could be more attentive to the details. Although the room looked pretty clean when we checked in, we found some food waste in the sink, some hairs and an empty bottle under the bed.

An excellent place to stay. Unbeatable price/quality ratio!

Pros: Excellent location, very quiet and pleasant. Good access to cheap stores and trains. The AC was a blessing in the super hot and humid temperature.

Comfortable stay

Pros: We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Per room 2 person.The room was clean and well-maintained& comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and helpful in answering all the questions and in contact from the start, and the check-in process was smooth even there was no staff the guide was easy to follow. Neighbour was quite so can sleep peacefully after tiring day, We went outside at night & it was safe to room around as a female travellers. It was probably the japenese neighbourhood because in morning you only see japenese. I didn't see many foreigners in that area. We were quite worried about the sofa bed it would be small but it was quite okay size especially it was under the air conditioning best spot to sleep.And the bed is too comfortable that i miss it.

Cons: The only struggle we had was the location.The accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from Kitasenju Station, which felt quite far & tiring after a long day of exploring. There were 2 station nearby 15 min Senjuohashi& kitasenju . Only take kitasenju bcz its big more lines and more easy directions from accommodation to station wuite easy to remember. Also, while the sofa bed was comfortable and cool under the air conditioner, the main bed area became warm if the door was closed, as the air didn’t circulate well. This could be inconvenient for guests who want more privacy, though it wasn’t a major issue for us since we were just friends traveling together.

Pros: Апартаменты находятся в очень тихом спальном районе, рядом есть вся нужная инфраструктура. Очень лёгкое вселение. Квартира очень чистая и стильная, в квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания двух человек. Особый респект хозяину за то что в номере есть небольшой безпроводной пылесос, можно всегда быстро прибраться за собой. Нам понравилось всё. Большое спасибо!!! 👍🇯🇵🥰

Cons: Минусов по отелю нет. Но я хочу предупредить людей с большими и тяжёлыми чемоданами, что в отеле лифта нет, подниматься на третий этаж нужно пешком по очень узкому лестничному проходу, также это касается людей с избыточным весом и физическими отклонениями по здоровью имейте это ввиду. Всё остальное просто супер.

Pros: La casa è molta grande, quasi 30m². Due comodi letti singoli. Quartiere molto tranquillo. È relativamente vicina ad una grossa stazione.

Pros: Nieuw, goed bed, goede voorzieningen, giede locatie

Cons: Eigenlijk niets. De locatie is minder geschikt voor lange mensen, die kunnen het toilet niet normaal gebruiken.

Très agréable

Pros: Très propre Très aimable Relativement bien placé Très très bien équipé

Pros: It was so clean like my mom cleaned the apartment!

Cons: Loved the are too, a lot of good budget restaurants
