Pros: It was in the middle of the shinjuku .near to the public railway staion.you can find most of 7 eleven and family mart near to the location .

Cons: Owner was very friendly . He let our kids to stay free in his apartment .we feels like our home.everything provided .washing liquids ,kitchen equipments.good place to stay .

Pros: had everything we needed and was comfortable and affordable

Pros: The space was enough for 4 people, you can open 2 large suitcases at the same time. The location of the property is also accessible, and the owner of the property is very accommodating👍🏼

We enjoyed our stay here. The washing machine helps a lot. Need to be creative to dry the clothes

Pros: Superb location. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Higashi-Shinjuku subway. Since it is Tokyo and at Kabukicho area, a happening place, I would say that the price is affordable. The place is not noisy for us as we can sleep well. Almost everyday we hear the siren of a passing vehicle but that was not a problem for us.

Cons: Clean but not a very new place. However, it is very convenient for us.

Very spacious, if you don’t mind noise it’s great for the price and location.

Pros: It was in a great area; it was comfortable and much larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. About twice the size of a normal one. WiFi worked well.

Cons: The windows and walls were not sound proof to say the least. I had very noisy neighbors and because of the area you heard a lot of ambulances and heavy trucks right outside your window. You could hear every person that walked by the building. The property itself was great I have nothing negative to say about it but had unlucky nights with who was next door.

Good enough

Pros: The accommodation is just a bit north of the Kabukicho district, so that Shinjuku station is still walkable. There is a 7-11, Family Mart and Donki nearby for your late night runs. Lots of supermarket in the vicinity as well. Room is alright for 4 people, tho the bathroom is a bit on the small side and they could have provided atleast a shower curtain. Though overall, the room has almost all you will ever need for your Japan trip

Cons: No shower curtain on the bathroom. The exhaust fan for the mini kitchen is broken so when you accidentally switch it on (its bundled together with the light switches), it trips the breaker and you’d need to reset it. Toilet bowl has no bidet
