Pros: Very close to a train station that connects you to most of Tokyo and the view from the balcony was great, also beds were really comfortable and everything was nice and clean

Cons: Apartment is a bit tiny but we were a group of 4 people

Pros: Is it a self-contained unit, with no neighbors on any side, except for downstairs. The beds are large and comfortable. There is a portable wifi that can be borrowed. It is close to a supermarket as well as a train station. The river bank area is closeby and is rather pretty.

Cons: The house noticeably shook very often due to the close proximity to a skytrain line, as well as a highway bridge. This was acceptable when moving around, but extremely uncomfortable when sitting or trying to fall asleep. There is no sink in the bathroom, instead there is just a small mirror above the kitchen sink. It does the job, but is a little uncomfortable. The apartment is up at 2F, and lugging suitcase up or down the narrow, steep stairs, especially during rain/snow, is a health hazard.

有些小問題，但覺得這個價格裡面都可以接受，下次去東京還是回考慮入住！

Pros: 其實住宿位子沒有離車站超級遠，而且車站旁邊就是超市超級方便，雖然附近車站是小站，但下一站北千住站可以直接轉晴空塔線，直達晴空塔跟淺草寺附近，其他線也都可以在這裡轉線，如果不換車的部分車子會直接到北千住轉成灰線日比谷線就可以到秋葉原，真的超級方便！唯一不方便是第一天過來很晚可能會比較難到住宿的地方，玩市區都是算是非常方便！到的當天晚上記得是在高砂站直接轉計程車坐到小菅站旁邊差不多3300日幣，如果不想搬行李可以推推，而且車站下來有吉野家跟計程車都非常方便！住了6個晚上，非常棒唯一小問題是在三樓，要搬行李但沒關係就頭尾兩天，還有垃圾不知道怎麼倒，餐具有點小不乾淨，還有因為靠近高架所以每天都感覺有點搖，像地震但整體還是很舒服的！其他都非常好！可以推薦給預算沒有那麼多的人！！！雖然有些小缺點但下次去還是會考慮住這裡，真的非常好！！！❤️採用自助入住也很方便！

Cons: 餐具有點小髒，不知道多天怎麼處理垃圾，但問題沒有很大！

Pros: Great little place. It had a Nintendo Switch with a few games, fast WiFi, and even a portable WiFi for lending. It was clean and I would recommend.

Cons: It is a little out of the way of most things, but it's still a great place to stay.

Pros: いろいろとすぐにご対応いただきありがとうございました！お値段もお手頃価格で、ファミリーで無理なく宿泊できました。 Switchが置いてあるのも決めてとなりました。

Cons: 浴室に脱衣カゴを置ける棚などがあるとありがたいです。浴室内で着替えるときにちょっと苦労します。

このエリアではいい宿だと感じました。

Pros: 周辺には何もありませんが、室内には Nintendo swich がありますので、退屈する事はありません。部屋自体も綺麗で清潔な印象で、五反野駅まで徒歩7～8分とそれなりに利便性もいいです。このエリアに用事がある時はまた利用したいです。

Cons: 特に不満はありません。

東京旅行が最高の思い出になりました！

Pros: とてもスムーズな対応していただきました。ボタニストが置いてあったのが個人的にうれしかったです。またSwitchが置いてあったのも嬉しいポイントでした。食器類のコメントがあったので最初はどうなのかなと思いましたが既に改善されていて問題はありませんでした。また機会があればもう1度泊まりたいです
