Pros: * There are many umbrellas free to use in the hall of the hotel. Don’t bring yours. * Very close to Asakusa shrine. Location in general is good and close to supermarkets and convinis * Close to Iriya station (10-15 min walk). You can go anywhere from there. * Shampoo, toilet paper, towels, hand soap and dish soap provided. Hair dryer and washing machine soap too. * Air conditioning/ heating makes staying in the room very comfortable and cozy. * With the kitchen and the fridge, it is just like a house in your room.

Cons: * Place is small but manageable. We stayed for almost a month and for couples is ok. * During our stay some other tenants were incredibly noisy (I mean shouting and having showers until 3 am kind of noisy) so wat hour for that. * No place to eat in our room (only a tiny table with one chair)

Gute Leistung für wenig Geld, aber klein

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und es war sehr ruhig. Man konnte angenehm bei offenen Fenster schlafen . In der Gegend gab es weniger Hochhäuser und daher fühlte man sich sehr wohl. In der Wohnung war alles für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden . Es war alles wie beschrieben. Preis/ Leistung war hervorragend. Tipp: Metro Station Asakusa nehmen. Dann läuft man durch den Tempel , was besonders abends sehr schön ist da wenig Leute unterwegs sind

Cons: Wir waren zu zweit dort und haben in 2 Betten geschlafen. Dadurch war kaum noch Platz irgendwas zu stellen. In der Sitzecke mit Tisch konnten unmöglich 2 Personen sitzen . In der Küche konnte man nur stehen. Allerdings war dafür die Wohnung auch sehr günstig . Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist muss mindestens 15 Minuten laufen.

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata con tutte le altre zone di Tokyo. Comodo per gli spostamenti sia a piedi (per alcune zone) che con i mezzi. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, dal bollitore alla lavatrice, al piccolo cucinino. Apprezzati particolarmente la comodità di materasso e cuscini. Lo consigliamo. Un'ultima nota: perfette le indicazioni forniteci prima del nostro arrivo per il self check-in.

Kleine maar praktische ruimte. In een prima ligging. Bedden waren top!

Pros: De locatie was prima. Niet al te ver van metrostation. Veel kleine supermarkten in de buurt.

Cons: De kamer was wel wat klein voor twee grote bedden. Maar desondanks hadden wij een prima verblijf.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, con tutte le comodità. Buona posizione, dista a 10 min a piedi dal Senso-ji e 10 min a piedi dalla stazione della metro.

Cons: Purtroppo ho dimenticato un paio di occhiali di valore nell’appartamento e nonostante abbia avvisato il giorno successivo al check out mi è stato detto che gli occhiali non sono stati trovati…sono molto dispiaciuta…

Pros: l'hôtel est au calme et proche de la station Iriya . le quartier est calme et pour autant animé lors de notre séjour nous avons pû assister au festival otori avec des célébrations, de la street food. Il y a également eu une brocante . il y a un 7eleven tout prêt une boulangerie délicieuse . l'hôtel est propre les équipements suffisants et les gérants très réactifs par mail. nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Cons: l'entrée à code est un peu capricieuse il nous est arrivé d'être réveillés tard dans la nuit car cela bip ou l'alarme se déclenche quand les gens n'arrivent pas à ouvrir du premier coup.

Hôtel studio confortable et pratique.

Pros: Très bon emplacement, hôtel propre, chambre avec tout le nécessaire : cuisine avec produits, douche, machine à laver, de quoi suspendre ses vêtements, table pour manger et WC. Un vrai studio pratique et confortable.

Cons: L'escalier pour accéder au studio: il est étroit et Les marches sont hautes. Pas très pratique Avec les valises.
