Haneda Base

Pros: The location of the place was extremely convenient, nearby supermarkets made it easy to stock up, and was on foot 5 minutes from the Keikyu Kamata station, 15 minutes from the JR lines to travel around Tokyo. On top of that, the commons were very well equipped, with kitchen, fridge, washing machine. The staff was also quick to answer questions if messaged. All in all, a good place if you want a hands-off stay.

Pros: This place meets all my needs, close to the airport, reasonable price, convenient to the city, clothes are washed and dried immediately, comfortable mattress, simple kitchen, very Japanese style sink.

Cons: Check-in at hotels in Japan is somewhat different from that in Europe or North America. You need to register your passport and some basic information, and you also need to verify your check-in on site. If I arrive late, I will have to bother the host.

Cons: A coffee would have been a nice plus on the thees provided.

Pros: ・ペットも一緒に泊まれる宿泊施設は少ないため大変有り難い ・羽田空港からのアクセスが良い ・施設入口、共同スペースへの入口、各部屋それぞれにロックがありセキュリティもしっかりしており安心 ・共同スペースもお部屋も清潔で快適だった ・キッチンや洗濯乾燥機もあり（洗剤や柔軟剤も用意されていた）、長期滞在や家族連れにも便利そうだと思った ・近くに銭湯やコンビニ、スーパーなどもあり便利だった

Cons: ・チェックインの機械が英語表記だったので、やや分かりにくかった（私が言語切替え見落としてたらすみません）。対面でのチェックインではないので、機械操作苦手な人にはやや難しいかもしれない。

Estancia corta en Haneda Base

Pros: Estuve poco tiempo pero fue una estancia muy acogedora, buenas instalaciones, todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. Y muy facil hacer el check-in y check-out

Cons: No sabria que decir, todo me parecio muy bien

Pros: L'accueil, l'emplacement, le confort, la propreté. La communication avec l'hôte. Je recommande d'y séjourner.
