Pros: Excellent location in a lively neighbourhood, 5 min walk to Oimachi metro station, yet in a quiet side street. Very clean, comfortable beds with good linen. Quiet AC. The beds are 120cm. So 2 small doubles. Ok for 2 people sharing one bed for a short stay (we were 4). Easy self check-in. Easy to find with google maps. Had great ramen at Maru just round the corner for less than 1000Y. 7/11 just downstairs was convenient for breakfast.
Cons: Tight for 4 people like us but good enough for a short stay. It seems a bit smaller than on the pictures. You don't have much space to move around but the price was cheap.

Pros: Communication fluide avec l'hôte. La chambre correspond à l'annonce, et le quartier était calme.
Cons: Appartement un peu vétuste mais pour une nuit c'était suffisant.

Pros: 地點很棒，就在車站不遠處。入住手續簡便。有附微波爐的小廚房。價格真的便宜。有免費WiFi ，密碼貼在很不起眼的地方，要請各位花時間找一下。
Cons: 空調無法啟動，晚上睡覺有點冷。床墊對我來說太軟了些。可免費取消的最後期限太長且沒有退半價的機會，對行程無法確定的遊客較不友善。

A comfortable and well-equipped place in a quiet, convenient location — perfect for a short stay in Tokyo once you find
Pros: It was a short but very busy stay in Tokyo, and I was grateful to find this place on short notice at a reasonable price. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed — kitchen with a fridge and microwave, a washer, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a hair dryer, toothbrushes, hangers, even some candies. The location was quiet and very convenient for getting around.
Cons: Coming from overseas, it was difficult to find the property at night, especially without internet access. Although I had the correct address, I couldn’t access the internet while walking on the street, so I wasn’t able to find the place on my own. I had to ask someone nearby for help, and thankfully they kindly took me there. I was able to enter the building, but I didn’t know how to get into the apartment itself at first. It was a bit stressful, but I really appreciated receiving a quick reply from the host by email when I reached out. Booking.com app didn’t work for communication

Pros: I was very satisfied with the convenience this hotel offered during my stay. The location is excellent – close to the city center, tourist attractions, restaurants, and easily accessible public transportation. The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any requests. The room was well-arranged, clean, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi was strong and stable, which was perfect for both leisure and business purposes. I truly appreciated the hotel’s flexibility and attention to detail in their service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
