Nice large family apartment near Shinjuku

Pros: Good for a large family. Everyone could sit around together on a bench or floor seat. It was good to have two toilets, two showers and a washing machine. Just a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku shopping and train station.

Pros: ACT one We are a group of 6 people staying here for the Mount Fuji climb. The house is good for its value and definitely deserves a much higher rating. The location of the house is good. There are different convenient stores around the corner. Metro and JR station is within walking distance. Big department stores including Isetan , Keio and Matsumoto Kiyoshi were nearby, making it accessible to almost everything. The house is clean. The living and dining room is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of cutlery. The bedrooms are roomy with a total of 6 double beds and 2 tatami rooms which should definitely accommodate more than 10 persons. There are 2 washing machines available for use and helped clean all our clothes after the Mount Fuji hike. The 2 separated bathrooms and 2 toilets makes it perfect for 6 people. The staff at the reception is really helpful with fast response to enquiry. Their help to pre-order a birthday cake added extra bonus to our stay.

Cons: The only defect is the malfunction of the drying machine

Pros: 寬敞的客廳,大人們喝酒聊天很方便,旁邊的和室桌讓小朋友們玩剛剛好,有二間淋浴間和二間廁所,還有2台洗衣機,用起來很方便,離JR新宿站走路約10分鐘,離新宿三丁目站比較近,巷口出來就有全家和7-11,還有一間大創,買東西很方便.

Cons: 樓梯較小且陡,行李箱要搬上去二樓房間比較吃力,因為是包棟人數一定比較多,雖有2台洗衣機,但晾衣服的地方不夠,且衣架也不夠
