Spain 🇪🇸

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the room was, featuring amenities such as a kitchenette, washing machine (including soap), and towel, good quality shampoo and gel, etc The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fully automated. The property is located in a residential area but is just four train stops from Akihabara and close to Kameido Mall, which adds convenience. The neighbourhood also offers plenty of local restaurants, giving it a charming and authentic vibe.

Cons: The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the west side of Tokyo, which might require extra travel time if you plan to explore that area frequently. The property is located near an auto-cleaning station, but despite being sensitive to noise, we found it wasn’t particularly disruptive and didn’t pose much of an issue during our stay.

初めての民泊、一泊より数日間ステイで利用すべきなホテル

Pros: オーナーさんが親切駅近長期滞在者に便利な設備がいっぱい電子レンジ、調理器具、食器が揃ってた。洗濯機にジェルボールも準備されていた。今回一泊だったが決め手は親戚の葬儀場に一番近かった事

Cons: テレビがつかなかったエアコンからの風がリビングに届きにくい

ホテルのツインに友人と泊まるよりとても快適に過ごせた

Pros: 戸で部屋を仕切れてプライバシーも守れるお風呂に浴室乾燥が付いてたので長期滞在での洗濯がすぐ乾いてよかったバスタブの湯を追い焚きできる割と駅近でバス停留所も近くてでも静かな立地だった

Cons: トイレと洗面所が同じフロアな所ベランダからタバコの煙が入ってきた所せっかくキッチンあるのに半分冷蔵庫で埋まってる所は勿体無かったスーツケースを広げる場所に困ったキッチンの横にテーブルと椅子があった方が使いやすいかと思ったエアコンが別室のみなので戸を閉めたらリビングが暑い所個室になる部屋の照明も明るさの調整をしたかったタオルとバスタオルを洗い替え用にもう1組とトイレ洗面用にタオルを1枚別に欲しかった(手拭きのペーパーでもよいけど) 全身見れる鏡が玄関口付近でもいいので欲しかった
