Pros: location is good and convenient. easy to go any places that we would like to visit.

Cons: staircases a bit narrow, need to be more careful when go up and down.

Pros: The location is great, really close to Ueno Station. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Staff was promptly replied and sent the information that you needed before check in.

Cons: It is a narrow building and steep stairs so we had to put our luggage on the first floor then took turn to get a stuffs. However, it didn't matter how big the house was, we were still happy staying in this house.

Unique Tokyo apartment in Ueno perfect for family.

Pros: The apartment is unique and gives a taste of a small apartment in Tokyo but still has enough room to fit a family of 6. It has all the facilities from cooking, wifi and washing machine. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of Ueno Skyline station so you have a direct train from the airport. It is close to Ueno with all the shopping and eating in 5 mins. It has all the major train and subway stations close by which is convenient.

Cons: The apartment is close to fire and police stations. You do hear sirens at night. The toilet is not perfect with a little bit of smell. Ther stairs are quite steep so not suitable for young childen

Pros: 離車站很近，7-11& Family Market 也在200公尺範圍內，周遭有餐廳，車站裡面也有超多選擇！ 床鋪超軟，棉被枕頭很暖和！

Cons: 室內比較小，能一起聚在一起的空間不大 廁所浴室只有一樓有 樓梯比較陡和窄，對年紀大的人比較不友善！

遊び心満載

Pros: 子供多数でしたが、スーファミがあり盛り上がりました😊狭小であり、不思議な構造であり、子供心くすぐる感じ。秘密基地感ありでした。屋上で風を感じることもできて良かったです。事前質問やキーの開け方説明など、メールで丁寧に答えてくれました。

Cons: 狭小のため階段はかなり急勾配。年配者や、乳幼児がいる家庭には不向きかも。

家族、小グループに最適。

Pros: 駅から本当に近くて、食事処、コンビニ、銭湯と近場に揃っていて立地条件最高でした。 友達6人(子ども1人)で泊まりましたが、上下階で扉で区切られているので、早く寝る組と遅い組とで部屋を分けることが出来て良かったです。 いい感じに階段やドアで仕切られていて、 ひとしきりここは？って開けて探検して楽しめました。 解錠の仕方が分からず問い合わせした際も、早く丁寧にご連絡頂き安心できました。

Cons: 部屋の間取りが小さい為、多少圧迫感があるのと、皆で食卓を囲んでゆっくりとは出来ない感じだったので、食事は外で取ることにしました。 ちょっと集まって話し出来るスペースはあるので、その点のみ対応したら後は最適でした。

Quirky place with tons of sleeping space

Pros: The place is very unique. It has 2 sets of bunk beds and a large bed that sleeps 2, so very easy to sleep 6 adults or even more if it's kids in the mix. Plenty of space to sleep. Not much space to hang out. But it's perfect for a family trip and very convenient location to ueno area. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to sleep. It was very clean and lots of towels and sheets.

Cons: Stairs are steep, so be cautious.
