Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed our time at this rental house.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed our time at this rental house. The location is excellent—conveniently near the train station, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, yet still comfortable for a family stay. The house is spacious, with plenty of rooms and beds, and the beds were especially comfortable. All the rooms were clean and well maintained. It worked well for our big family and gave us a relaxing place to come home to after busy days. We appreciate the stay and would recommend this place, especially for families or groups looking for a convenient and comfortable location.

Cons: As a big family who cooked often, a few improvements would enhance the stay. The kitchen could use more cooking equipment, such as a rice cooker, additional pots and pans, and more utensils, as well as replacing some broken spoons and adding more cups. The kitchen area can be quite cold since there is no heater, the faucet takes time to warm up, and the downstairs bathroom does not have a bidet. Addressing these would greatly improve the experience for families who plan to cook.

Best deal in Tokyo Area

Pros: The property is very near JR Itabashi Station (6 minute walk) and McDonalds, Lawson and 7-11 are on the way as well. Shinjuku and Shibuya are just 2 to 3 stations away.

Cons: Everything was great. The toilet/urinal is outside the room but was very neat and clean

Pros: Very nice traditional Japanese house, very comfortable beds and exceptional clean room and facilities. Host was very warm and friendly, happy to help us at arrival.

Pros: Host was really friendly. Location is top tier, very close to JR und you can be fast at popular places like Ikebukuro, Shinjuku or Shibuya.

Tokyo Rest

Pros: Location excellent away from the crowds, lots of eating places and 711 etc nearby. Metron very local. Convenient. Shower decent. Wifi good, secure. Landlord seemed pleasant and polite.

Cons: Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke 😞😓 thisnwas actually quite vile and a huge negative for us. Our clothes ended up smelling of stale tobacco. The bedroom we had was directly off the kitchen, which generally wasn't an issue but there were some times where we were woken by other guests in the very early morning's. The ceilings are very this and the noise of feet upstairs at night can be problematic.

Pros: La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para el descanso. La casa estaba en una zona muy segura y tranquila, cerca de la estación de metro.

Cons: Las escaleras son muy cortas y se complica el traslado de las maletas.

Cons: 民宿の為、階段しかない。階段も少し狭かったので荷物持ち上げる時には少し大変でした

Pros: Logement plutôt excentré mais proche du train et métro. Le propriétaire s’est montré très réactif. Logement propre, lits confortables. Espace exiguë mais ça le fait. Un simple rideau sépare la salle de bain partagée. Ça peut mettre un peu mal à l’aise. Très bien équipé (frigo, machine à laver, espace cuisine, micro-ondes) La tranquillité la nuit dépend des autres voyageurs mais le quartier est très calme

Pros: Tout est à proximité supérette, métro et même restaurant, quartier calme,hôte très gentil, accueillant et serviable

Cons: La chambre n'est pas insonorisée, on entend les bruits extérieurs mais rapport qualité-prix c'est très bien c'est le seul défaut
