Philippines 🇵🇭

Pros: Very nice experience, it felt like we lived in a real old Japanese house. We loved the small park right in front of the house. The proximity to the Asakusa area was great, with many, many options for eating. Asakusa Station is just a short walk away, but the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Many vending machines and convenience stores nearby, and close by is one of Tokyo's oldest sento (public bath) where we had the hottest ever onsen bath of our lives! We had a great time marvelling at the old architecture, interiors, and general way of things at the place. The host was very kind and accommodating.

Cons: The name of the place was in Japanese characters, and the pin in Google maps wasn't accurate, so we sort of had to figure out ourselves where the place is based on photos from Booking.com. We suggest that the owner provide clear directions in going to the house. We occupied the ground level unit, and the upper unit was occupied by another guest, who was so rude and ill-mannered - he kept going out and coming in the house all night while talking so loudly on his phone, which annoyingly disturbed us so much. While this is not the fault of the guesthouse, we suggest that the host put up posters in each unit prohibiting guests from talking very loudly, especially at night, in order not to disturb the other occupants.

Pros: 房间比照片里看起来要漂亮和干净许多，房间非常有当地的特色，如果想体验一下更具有日本特色民宿，选择这里非常好。房间里的设施也很全面，烧水壶、微波炉、电视和吹风机什么都有，独立性很好，不会和其他客人互相影响。地理位置也很优越，几百米外就是一条很大的步行街，这里离晴空塔也很近，交通也十分方便。整体来说在这个地段，价钱和房间条件都很不错，性价比很高。

Cons: 如果订两人间的话，房间会在楼上，民宿的楼梯比较窄而且非常陡峭，如果有携带大件行李箱和对腿脚不好的人来说，上下的时候不太方便。整栋民宿的门锁都很简单，房间里是卡扣试的门锁，大门也很普通小锁，我们住的时候整栋民宿只有我们两位客人，这样简单的门锁会让我稍微有些不安心，总觉得不太安全。

這裡真的只有讚而已。

Pros: 老闆非常親切客氣，幫旅客想的非常周到我們入住的時間及退房的時間都挺刁鑽的，最後還麻煩了一下老闆，老闆依然是非常客氣也非常為旅客著想，民宿所在位置也非常方便，附近就有LAWSON，早中晚的餐廳也都在附近，謝謝第一次來東京就有這樣優良的體驗，以後來東京遊玩，我仍然會選擇入住這裡，在此，推薦給大家。
