Business Hotel Kankokukan - Vacation STAY 41182v

Amazing location and price point for a budget solo traveler!

Pros: As a budget solo traveler who stayed there for a few weeks, I absolutely loved the cleanliness and the location of Kankokukan. Its location is the perfect blend of residential and business. And if I ever needed access to more restaurants or businesses, it was just a 9-minute walk to everything by Ikebukuro Station. As for the cleanliness, I was impressed with how the staff made sure the facilities were cleaned every day.

Cons: Everyone is different, but I found the pillows to be on the flatter side, which started to cause me some neck issues. Asking for an extra pillow helped a little bit. The stools are fine for casual use, but if you are working remotely from the hotel, they can get pretty uncomfortable. The staff kindly let me borrow a chair from the 4th floor patio for my stay, which helped a lot. The WiFi, I would say is 85% reliable for remote work.

共用衛浴和房間都非常乾淨，可以看得出來是老建築改裝但很用心整理。

Pros: 方便、入住時櫃檯人員會中文，雖然聊太開心跟我介紹設備，但設備很顯眼有微波爐、咖啡機、飲水機、冰箱⋯⋯ 應有盡有

Cons: 沒有電梯必須提行李箱上樓 窗戶是舊的，隔音效果略差，但建築地點在巷弄內不太會有人車頻繁經過。

Pros: タオルありシャワーあり、コーヒー飲み放題もあり良い事ずくめ。 ロケーションとこの値段を加味すればコスパ最高!

Cons: 強いて言えば、やはり若干のもの音や、ガサゴソ音や話し声、騒音はあります。 ビジネスホテルのような静寂とは比べものになりません。 しかし、ゲストハウスが好きな人は、そのような騒音は気にならないというか、そういう騒音あるから良い、といえます!!!

Pros: 綺麗で機能的で使いやすかったです タオルや歯ブラシも用意されていました シャワールームが男女ちゃんと分かれていたのも良かったです

Cons: シャワールーム脱衣所のカーテンを隣と仕切って欲しいです 角部屋で通りに面した方の窓が眩しかったので遮光カーテンつけて欲しいです

Pros: Pratique et confortable, excellente situation à quelques minutes à pied de la gare d'Ikebukuro. Tres bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons: Personnel attentionné, grande terrasse fumeur au 4e avec tables et chaises, rue calme pour le quartier
