Peaceful Stay Outside the City
Pros: The place was really nice. Our room was very clean and spacious, with one bed sliding under the other, a clever use of space. Despite some older comments, we found the bed comfortable. The common area was a good spot to relax, and the owner was kind and helpful, even letting us use the address to receive a package, thank you for that. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. While there isn’t much to do nearby, there are local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
Cons: The biggest drawback is the location. Being outside the city center, train fares add up quickly and can cancel out the savings from staying farther out. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with barely any utensils or cutlery, you’ll likely need to bring or buy your own if you plan to cook. Since it’s a share house, the experience depends on other guests. Ours weren’t bad, but not very considerate: leaving lights on, not cleaning up, and having loud conversations in the kitchen around midnight. Lastly, the shower wasn’t great. It had a persistent humid smell, and the drain clogged easily due to a built-in filter. Not dirty, but less pleasant than the rest of the otherwise clean house.

I felt comfortable here
Pros: This place is lovely for a single person. Room is well heated in the winter and decorated nicely. The bed was on the firmer side and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious.
Cons: It did end up being a bit out of the way, especially if you're arriving late at night after the last bus from akabane. The walls were also quite thin, from my room at the end of the hall I could hear everything from the kitchen and wash sink just outside my door. This did not bother me often. The hot water may be a bit of a problem though as it will come in and out in the shower as other guests are using sinks and whatnot. The staircase was very narrow and hard to get my suitcase up but such is Japan.

Nice place overall. Would stay again.
Pros: Appears to be recently renovated. Very clean, good price. Owner seems to care about the place, which is nice.
Cons: It is a bit far from most popular places in Tokyo, so allow plenty of time to travel back and forth.

Pros: Me gustó mucho la habitación, algo pequeña pero tenían todo lo necesario para tener una estancia placentera en Tokyo
Cons: el pasillo fuera de la habitación tenía un mal olor, como a cañería.

좋은 점도 위치, 아쉬운 점도 위치
Pros: 호스텔 위치를 감안하더라도 가격이 다른 숙소에 비해 매우 저렴하다. 침대가 매우 편안하여 집에서보다 더 편하게 잘 수 있었다. 주변은 한적한 주택가로 크게 시끄럽지 않으며, 바로 옆에 편의점과 다이소가 있어 필요한 물건을 구하기 쉽다.
Cons: 역시 대중교통으로 접근하는 것이 어렵다. 가장 가까운 역인 니시아라이다이시니시 역에서부터도 800미터 가량 걸어야 해서, 큰 짐을 들고 있으면 조금 부담스러울 수도 있는 거리다. 다만 주변 지역이 모두 평지여서 짐이 없다면 걷는 데는 큰 문제가 없다. 침구가 눅눅해서 가져온 베게에 가져온 수건을 깔고 사용했다. 침구가 조금 더 보송보송했으면 좋았을 것이다.

Cons: Bohužel druhá postel nebyla moc pohodlná. Propadával rošt. Ubytování je dál od linky metra.

Pros: El costo, fue muy barato por toda mi estadia en japon, comparandolo con los hoteles en los que estuve.
Cons: La ubicacion, simplemente esta retirado de muchas cosas y eso hace que si es tu primera vez en Tokyo, los gastos de transporte suban ya que se debe tomar una linea apartada de los trenes o un bus para llegar a una de las estaciones principales.
