Pros: - 地理位置好，离天空树很近 - 出门100米就有711便利店 - 旁边有个公园 - 新颖的房屋结果设计 - 很多有趣的屋内设施 - 电气化程度很高

Cons: - 主卧有一个正对床头的窗户，虽然保证了采光，但是因此即使有窗帘也不适合天气很好的时候睡懒觉 - 附近有铁轨，偶尔会有电车通过，房屋隔音虽然已经足够好但是早上睡眠质量不好的人可能会因此觉得声音突兀 - 三楼主卧和二楼沙发床类似loft结构，没有隔断，因此彼此发出的声音都能听到 - 厕所在一楼，半夜上厕所需要小心
