Pros: Having a living room as well as a bedroom was very nice

Cons: The downstairs living room was always cold as we believe the AC exhaust goes through the window and does not have enough padding to stop the cold air from entering the room making the downstairs always too cold even with the heat on which also made the bathroom always cold which would make it always it so the shower never fully dried after a full day.
