Pros: Apartment was clean and very well equipped. We stay there in the group of 3 and it was perfect

Pros: I stay for 6 days. Host super reactive and answer quickly for any question. Nice place well equipped. Convenience stores nearby.

Amazing, super easy to access as the host is very attentive.

Pros: An authentic Japanese style house. Homely fee with great amenities. Close to the local shops and Train station. (10min walk). Very clean and the self maintenance is better than being at a hotel with the freedom to prepare meals on a budget.

Cons: The stairs are steep so be prepared for a leg work out.

Homely and Confortable

Pros: We enjoyed our comfortable and homely stay at Shin Koiwa House. Accommodation is very neat, clean, tidy and well equipped. Location is very convenient to nearby stores, restaurants and train station.

Amazing week in Tokyo

Pros: The house is clean and well equipped for the tourist stay. The house was prepared for us: towels, beds etc. It's nice that the electronically controlled equipment is labeled in English, so we could easily adjust heating, water etc. The house is opened/closed with a code, what is very convenient. We received all instruction about how to get to the house via mail. The contact with owner was good. Wi-Fi works very well.

Cons: We missed a bit a standard (European-type) table. And the space in the kitchen (used also as bedroom) was pretty small. However, all information and photos of the house are adequately included in the description and are true, so we expected this.

We had a great time staying there during out holiday. will highly recommend it to others.

Pros: it’s clean & near our station. The neighbourhood was lovely & quiet too during our daily walk to the station

Cons: Everything is fine to us. The host was most helpful.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Easy check-in, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Location is near konbinis and the next JR-stop is not far away, so you won't need long to get into the city. Definitely a recommendation.

Pros: 位置距离新小岩还是有点远，步行大概10-12分钟。但路上很多餐厅和便利店，算便利。 感谢房东提供办公室然我们可以免费寄存行李，办公室到地铁站很靠近，方便我们推行李。

Comfortable!

Pros: The location is quite safe, but you have to walk a bit from Shinkoiwa Station to get to the house. Overall the house is quite nice, love the design, cleanliness. Everything I needed while travelling are there. They have washing machine, which very good for me as I needed to wash my clothes after few days of travelling.

Cons: The stairs. We brought three heavy luggages, so its quite challenging for us to bring the luggage to the next level. We didnt want to put it downstair.
