HAN'S EBISU - Shibuya - Entire House for Max 10 ppl

Pros: The host was very easy to communicate with, the location was great, the property was easy to find, the home was lovely and had everything we needed. It suited our family of 5 perfectly.

Pros: Great size townhouse with generous bedrooms and kitchen living area. The house was well furnished and has everything we needed for the kitchen, washing machine and living areas. Very clear instructions on how to get from the train station. Ebisu is a very nice area with lots of restaurants and eateries. Great having an additional toilet downstairs.

Pros: Koki and team are amazing. Very promptly responding to the messages and the guest needs. I am quite impressed by the attention to details Koki and team have. Every thing that a person might need in the house was thoughtfully present at the property.

Pros: Great location and large enough for a family of 5. Excellent neighbourhood.

Pros: Excellent location, very clean, kitchen well equipped. Very good washing machine and dryer.

Cons: Unusual layout with top room very small with not much headroom and down steep stairs to bathroom facilities. Would be good if had list of local restaurants.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Koki’s place! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around, and the space was impeccably clean. Everything was well-organized, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Koki was a great host, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Cons: One thing to note is that there is only one shower, which might be a bit of a challenge depending on the number of guests, but it’s manageable with some planning. Additionally, the stairs can be a bit challenging for some, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Pros: The property was fantastic for our group of 8. It was conveniently located and on a great train line. The host was great and super responsive. We had an amazing stay.

Pros: Koki, the property manager was wonderful, helpful and easy to communicate with. The property itself, was spacious, clean and comfortable. All protocols, devices and appliances were fully detailed, and their instructions were fully explained in two coffee table books. The location was great with only a 7 minute walk to Ebisu station or a 30 minute walk to the Shibuya Scramble. There were a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance from the property, and a 7/11 across the street for general staples. My boys were especially impressed with the enormous TV :). We had a lovely 10 day stay in January and we would happily stay at Hans Ebisu again! Thank you.
