A relaxing comfortable quiet and spacious accommodation
Pros: The ease of access. It’s was warm and comfortable and there was space to relax which we needed.
Cons: Nothing really. The towels are not hotel quality (a bit thin) but they did the job. They could provide a corkscrew and bottle opener (wine glasses provided). The distance from main public transport meant more time travelling but that is what to expect.

Pros: The property was very welcoming and large enough for our party of 6.
Cons: I think the bedrooms needed blinds, the washing machine and dryer need a clean - the filters on both were a little dirty. The bathroom downstairs needed the faucet to be fixed and the shower smelt mouldy.

Spacious and well-equipped cosy apartment
Pros: Warm, very comfortable beds, lots of space for all, a great kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, roomy bedrooms Bonus features included charging ports by the bedsides Was great to have a proper dryer with washing machine and English instructions Staff very engaging and responsive and gave restaurant recommendations close by A quiet area but lots of small restaurants nearby and a very short walk to train station then only one stop to Shinjuku so easy to get everywhere Quiet at night Loved the yoga mat
Cons: Coat hooks or rack near the front door would have been helpful It was hard to carry our suitcases up the stairs but we were expecting that!

Great family retreat and welllocatec to the busy Shinjuku area .
Pros: Well located neighbourhood with lots of restaurants supermarkets etc around each corner. The apartment was clean spacious and good living area and kitchen. Appreciate the pram for our little ones and massage gun and roller for our sore feet . Great for family of 5 adults and 3 children . Nice to retreat to after long days of exploring and enjoy some home cooked food occasionally esp for the children.
Cons: Nothing , any problems and owner was very responsive to questions

Spacious property for modern living
Pros: Spacious three story house in a quiet neighbourhood! Yet close to transport. Fantastic place. Great for a family or two. Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Excellent for Tokyo to have such space.

Pros: The house is situated in a very calm neighbourhood, in the Shinjuku area (Shinjuku station is accessible by metro or by bus). The host has very kind and helped us do early check-in, also very responsive on WhatsApp. The house was perfect for our family - we had a quit place to stay after traveling around busy Tokyo during the day.

Quiet yet convenient comfortable stay
Pros: The location is fantastic! Hatsudai is so quiet and peaceful - 7 mins walk to station and it is only stop on the train to Shinjuku and change for one stop to shibuya. Very convenient to the centre of Tokyo but lovely to retire to our quiet place at night. The property was fantastic. So spacious for our family or 4. A treat for the teenagers to get a bedroom each. The middle level with open plan lounge and kitchen was massive and comfortable for all of us to hang out together even with visitors. Quality bedding and everything you need. So clean. Also - fudo street has many cafes (get better cafe) and restaurants (kasajima) and convenience stores (Lawson and 7-11) and supermarket (venga venga) all easy 2-5 minute walk from property. Loved this place. Will be back!!
Cons: I wish it had coat and bag hooks at the front door area. I wish it had hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. I wish the main bedroom downstairs has a bedside lamp and a desk with a chair.

Fantastic house for a group located in a quiet neighborhood
Pros: We were seeking a location to accommodate three separate families for a family trip to Japan. The property was perfect for us - seven adults. This property had two showers which was very important to our group. It also had a small, but functional kitchen and dining area. There was a nice smart TV and couch/living room. The property was a 10 minute walk to the subway and surrounded by various neighborhood type restaurants serving some great food. Our group enjoyed that the property was located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance from various services. As a note, the house is three story and accessible by some fairly narrow stairwells. The bedrooms on the third floor must go downstairs to access toilets.
Cons: Only true issue is that the dryer was not effective.

Great Japanese stay with our whole family. Comfortable, clean, quite upscale, with nice restaurants
Pros: The pictures and writeup are completely accurate, no unwanted surprises. The location is perfect, with a subway station nearby and convenience stores, plus an amazing restaurant, Kasajima Dining Bar, just a few steps away. Don't miss this restaurant, it is a gem! This entire area was a treat, a wonderful way to experience Japan with our family. The house itself was well stocked, clean, comfortable, plenty of space for everyone, very safe neighborhood. We made a mistake coming into the house and entered the wrong pin numbers in the digital lock, and the owners sent help right away, very responsive. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great self catering facilities in the heart of Tokyo.
Cons: Not super close to train station so if you have alot of luggage you might need taxi for the 7 min walk.
