Tachibana

Beautifully presented residence in a clean and convenient location

Pros: Very convenient location. Close to trains, seven eleven and shopping centres. Area is clean and locals are super friendly.

Cons: No Netflix or pay tv

We highly recommend Tachibana for a family friendly accommodation!

Pros: Amazing house for an amazing stay in Tokyo. Three levels with three comfortable bedrooms allowed our twin girls to have a bedroom each. The kitchen was well equiped and clean. The heated floors came in handy as we were travelling during winter. The neighbourhood is quiet, but 10mins walk is a large shopping mall and the famous sky tree tourist attaction. this was our best stay and accomodation during our first visit to Japan. We'll played Tachibana!

Nice and cozy

Pros: It takes around 8 mins walk from skytree and will pass 2 convenient stores. The heater is very warm for winter. Every rooms are nice and cozy. The most important thing is they provide baby crib!

Cons: You can see graveyard from the window which I knew at first but still a little scary though. It’s a tiny house, works for 4-5 people at top since it only has 1 bathroom for shower and bath, also the stairs are pretty narrow.

Pros: The photos were accurate and the house was clean, and I'm quite OCD when it comes to cleanliness. The beddings were comfortable and whole house was nice and warm (we stayed in winter). It's rather near to Solamachi where there is a huge supermarket and plenty of food options.

Cons: The walk was a bit of a distance from the metro station, just slightly more than I would like. I booked it knowing that there isn't a dryer, but having a dryer would have made it perfect! Just a word of caution, and this had nothing to do with the host. I received messages through my chat messages with the host, asking me to make payments or else my booking would be cancelled. It was the works of a scam syndicate as I had already paid upon booking. It's scary how easily they had gotten access of the communications channel.

Great value for what you get

Pros: The apartment was a really good value for what it provided. It was roughly 6 minutes to the closest metro stop and then around 10 minutes to the main Skytree stop. It was really nice to have three bedrooms. The apartment was also very clean. The check-in was very easy as well (code on the door). The location is a little further away from most of the main touristy spots, so it typically took about 30-40 minutes to get to most popular areas. However, if you're willing to take the metro it was still very easy to get everywhere. Having only one shower on the bottom floor was a touch inconvienent, but overall not a big deal.

Cons: The beds were not comfortable at all in our opinion

Perfect apartment for group or family. Great location. Well furnished.

Pros: 5 minutes walk from subway. Very clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen, excellent shower.

Cons: No coffee machine (just instant coffee packets). No salt/pepper. Lots of stairs (3floors).

Pros: 非常乾淨，空間對於我們四人來說超級無敵大。所有備品、鍋碗瓢盆、拖鞋、洗衣精、甚至連備用OK蹦都有了。客廳餐桌好大好喜歡；沙發床也很好躺；民宿主人非常的細心，回答問題也超迅速；離晴空塔坐計程車也只要100初台幣；走路能到麥當勞、7-11走小路三分鐘到。

Cons: 熱水壺可能需要買新的，沒有其他缺點了，超滿意👍

Buena opción para grupos de 5 personas o más.

Pros: La distribución era excelente, una habitación en el Primer piso… un arreglo ideal para personas que no puedan subir escaleras, dotación muy completa, un poco alejado realmente de las estaciones “cercanas” pero tenía varias opciones.

Cons: En general todo estuvo bien, un problema con la velocidad del internet que se solucionó el día antes del check.out… pero bueno, por lo demás muy bien.

Pros: la climatisation appréciable en été, maison très bien située et très bien équipée

Séjour agréable

Pros: Logement très propre et cosy Récemment rénové et très confortable Vue dégagée et agréable dans le salon

Cons: Une seule salle de bain au rdc, un peu loin des chambres du 2eme étage. Lave-vaisselle petit et peu adapté a une famille de 6 personnes Un peu loin du métro Aucuns contacts avec le propriétaire, il y a un code pour entrer.
