Momo House Near Komagome easy to shinjuku

Cozy place, easy walk from station.

Pros: It's near the train station. Try use East exit of JR komagome station to go to the apartment, there are many shops along the way. Better than North exit of the station. Not the best place but for the price we paid it is fair enough.

Cons: Even though many re oews in the past have mentioned there is not enough cutlery like forks and spoons, it is still the same situation, no improvement. In the whole apartment there is only a set of spoon, fork. How 5 persons are going to eat I wonder... I was hoping the owner would have taken note and added more cutleries.

Great value for money. Ideal for young families or groups, not for the mobility-challenged.

Pros: Location is very good. Close to the train station. It's in a quite area that has restaurants and groceries for your convenience. Although space is limited, it is good enough for a group of 8-10 people to occupy.

Cons: Only 2 things, stairs are narrow and steep, expect a bit of inconvenience if you have big luggage. Showers are only located on the 2nd floor. If you combine that with the steep and narrow stairs, guests with mobility problems will find it hard to stay here.

Great place with good communication from the owner.

Pros: Neat with everything ready and available. Electronic lock and directions from the owner were really helpful as well.

Pros: สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ห้องพักกว้าง ข้อเสียคือบันไดชันมาก และห้องทานอาหารเป็นแบบญี่ปุ่น ต้องนั่งพื้นก็จะเมื่อยหน่อย อย่างอื่นๆดีมากๆเลย ประทับใจค่ะ

Cons: บันไดชัน ขึ้นลงยาก โต๊ะทานอาหารเป็นแบบนั่งพื้น เมื่อยหน่อย

Pros: La casa è comoda e funzionale, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a ben servita dai mezzi. Essendo una tipica abitazione giapponese gli spazi sono più piccoli rispetto a quanto un viaggiatore occidentale potrebbe essere abituato.

Cons: Bisogna prestare un po' di attenzione alle scale.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient with transportation and many restaurants in the area with good food.

Pros: I loved how it smell good when we entered the house and how clean the property is. I also liked that there are many beds that are suitable for big groups traveling like us.

Cons: Lack of kitchen utensils. If you are planning to cook majority of your stay, they do not have a complete set of kitchen utensils. But in our case, it wasn't that much of a problem because we only cooked once.

Pros: The property was clean and big. Very close to metro stations and restaurants.

複数人で一緒に泊まるのに非常にコストパフォーマンスは良かったです。

Pros: 綺麗にされていて、複数人でも快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機や調理器具、食器も少しあって 活用させて頂きました。

Cons: 鍵の掛け方が少し難しかったです。 一旦外食に出かけた際、鍵がちゃんとかかってるのか不安でした。 数時間かからないと自然と鍵がかからないようです。
