Great location and fun layout

Pros: Location is great on a quiet street near Asakusa. Only 7 minutes walk to the metro station and a little further to the temple. My kids loved the loft and it was a very spacious apartment. It was nice to have two bathrooms as well which is relatively rare in these places. Most only have one.

Cons: My main complaint is the futons were super cheap and not very comfortable. I usually sleep like a rock on futons but the bedding was not comfortable and the pillows were also very lacking. I think for the price they could invest in some nicer futons and pillows. In addition a secondary lock on the door would be nice.

Clean and convenient place for a family to stay.

Pros: Everything was so clean and convenient. Having two bathrooms was a real benefit. The setup was very well organized, with directions for all of the various devices (washer/dryer, heating and ventilation system in shower room, air conditioners, toilet bidets, water heater, etc) clearly written in English next to them. The location was convenient to the Asakusa Ginza subway line, and there was a 7-11 very nearby. The re were even extra toiletries (toothbrushes and toothpaste) for us.

Cons: The bedroom was a bit bright early in the morning.
