recommend it, even with a large group

Pros: The location is very good - it's a quite neighborhood, but you can reach everything very easily. I really recommend this accomodation. Sharing the bathroom is also possible with 9 people. Would book again! :)

Nice area. Definitely recommend!

Pros: Check in went smoothly and the information sent about appliances and the house in general was thorough and helpful. The area is super nice and the locals were welcoming. There are a few convenience stores close by and lots of drug stores if you forget to bring something along. It’s a convenient 3-5 minute walk from the Edogawabashi Station and a 10-25 minute subway ride to most of the main attractions in Tokyo. It was clean and staff was easy to contact. Also, the shower/bath area is my favorite I’ve come across so far in Japan.

Cons: The only toilet being on the third floor is a bit of a hassle, but we managed. The beds are super hard. I know they are new and some people may like the stiffness, but after my husband fell down one of the flights of stairs our first morning there (yeah, that happened) his back was not loving it. Some fluffier pillows would’ve made the beds a million times better. The handrail on the first flight of stairs is loose. That should probably be fixed. Furniture and overall feel is a bit outdated, but for the price I can’t complain.

This location worked very well for us. Thank you for an excellent accommodation.

Pros: Very clean and a convenient location. Edogawabashi subway station is a short walk away so access to all of Tokyo was quick and easy. Space was very comfortable.

Cons: Taxi’s don’t frequent this part of town as much as other areas so it was impossible to call for a taxi. At times we waited more than 10 minutes to grab a cab on the main road. Would probably be a tough venue for the mobility challenged as the bathroom is on the third floor up a steep staircase.
