Pros: Yumi has been super helpful with us, and even helped us receiving our lost luggage when we werent here.

Pros: Everything was just perfect. Beautiful house in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood yet very easy access Shibuya and beyond. Would be more than happy staying here again. Thank you Yumi for being such a wonderful host.

Pros: The house was clean and very nice. Yumi was so friendly and very helpful. We even could do our laundry for free and there were also some snacks provided and coffee :)

Comfortable & pleasant with a massage chair.

Pros: Self catering kitchen with a selection of tea and coffee and some shared food. Yumi the host was great very helpful, attentive, well travelled and speaks great english. She Sent me to a great massage place.

Cons: I found travelling around from this location beyond the 2 major stations quite time consuming and more expensive than staying at other parts of tokyo, as each train line is owned by different companies. And you might have to walk to different lines can be time consuming. However if you want to be close to shinjuku and shibuya area which is downtown then this is the great place to be only a few direct stations away.

Pros: It was situated in a quiet neighborhood with combinis nearby. Host was super helpful telling us where we can eat and what we can do in the area. Helped us with luggage storage as well for a few days. Thank you very much. :)

Cons: Have to time our showers in the mornings and evenings due to shared bathroom situation.

Lovely accomodation nestled in Setagaya

Pros: Simple house rules. Extremely clean in an area not far from the likes of Shibuya, Shimokita etc Owner is very friendly and accomodating

Great (quiet) stay and feature-rich shared bathroom

Pros: One of the best affordable and feature rich places that we had booked in our Japan trip. Yumi was particularly very helpful and has kept the property in a very spotless manner. The bathrooms although shared had all the amenities including premium toiletries. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook your own food and they have stocked limited (included) noodles, coffee and chocolates. The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

Simply gorgeous

Pros: The rooms were really clean. The property is located near a train station. The host is increasingly nice and helpful. She answered any questions we had and ensured we are satisfied.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Good location close to the train station, which was in an area which made transit to many sights and shops very easy. The host was very kind and welcoming and provided us with many amenities and great conversation. We would definitely return to Bell house

Pros: The owner was very helpful and very generous. She met us near the station when it became evident we were a bit lost. The house was spacious and very well equipped with kitchen and cooking facilities and lounge. The bedroom was very spacious, with comfortable beds and quiet .
