Mi-Ochiai Soluna White

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment is perfectly located in Shinjuku, right on the border with Nakano City. A convenient spot with easy access to train stations and plenty of nearby convenience stores. It made exploring Tokyo effortless. Our host was very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions we had. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place that we’d gladly stay in again!

Excellent appartement

Pros: We stayed for five nights. We contacted the owner for a small question and he answered quickly. The apartment was like the photos, very nice, with a sliding door between the room and living room. Il has a good size dining table, good WiFi and a kitchen. We were 3 adults and they prepared the sofa-bed for my son (a very nice touch specifically since we arrived late after a long flight). The apartment is near two metro stations, a 7/11, a Family Martine, a nice street with a few bars and restaurants and is located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: We have nothing bad to say about this location, all was excellent.

Great, authentic, modern Tokyo style house in a lovely neighbourhood.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean place in a quiet neighbourhood, only 30 min away by train from the main attractions. I loved the neighbourhood, very Tokyo style with privet entrance. Easy and smooth check in and check out. Convenient 7/11 store nearby. Ochiai station is about 10 min walk from the property.

Cons: Be ready to climb some stairs, which might be a bit challenging if you have big suitcase. The sharp staircase might be difficult for some travellers.

Pros: Nice pleace. Very clean .The neighborhood is safe. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. We had a good stay!

We had a wonderdul stay in this apartment.

Pros: The location is perfect — it’s a calm neighborhood. There are two subway stations nearby and a big supermarket Life, where you can buy great food. The place is well equipped — it has a washing machine, a bath, a vacuum cleaner, kitchen supplies and a steamer. The host is very caring — there are umbrellas for all the guests.

Cons: The stairs are very narrow.

Comfortable, spacey, quiet, clean, near a shopping street and good restaurants.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, clean and quiet but very close to shops and restaurants and only ten minutes from the metro station. Also it has a full automatic new japanese bathtub, very relaxing after a long day of walking the city.

Pros: Well managed and hands off. I hate nosy landlords.

Cons: The table was a bit scuffed. Paint chipping everywhere. Small complaint considering the rest of the room.

Pros: A very spacious apartment, especially by Tokyo standards. It has everything you would need, including a kitchen, washing machine, bath, and separate bedroom, as well as good natural light. The location is pleasant and local, and Nakano is a fun neighborhood to explore.

又是非お世話になりたいお部屋です。

Pros: 静かな住宅街なのに、コンビニやスーパーも駅も近く便利です。部屋の中には説明書があり、ゴミの分別の仕方からそれぞれの器具の使用方法等も一目で分かる様になっています。トイレットペーパーやティッシュ、洗濯用洗剤・手洗い石鹸・食器用洗剤等やごみ袋迄、直ぐに住み始めるのに困らない様に用意されて居て驚きました。オーナーさんの返答が何時も非常に速く、住む前からとても安心でした。風呂場には乾燥機能も付いているので、洗濯機で朝洗った物が夕方にはしっかり乾いている事が多いです。玄関前には大きな吸い殻入れがあり、ビニール傘も用意されていました。1階だったのも助かりました。

Cons: 部屋の形が特殊で、自分たちに使いやすい様に机や椅子を配置し直すのに多少苦労しました。入口の靴棚に小物を入れる事は出来ますが、洋服の小物類を整理して入れる所が無かったので、吊り棚を購入したのですが、それでも少し不便でした。お風呂の乾燥機能を最大限に利用するには大き目の物干しハンガーが必要で、これも購入した後実家に置いて来ました。洋室には部屋干し用竿を通すリングが二つ設置してあったのに竿が無かったのも、少しだけ残念でした。電気ケトルと電子レンジの差し込みをいちいち取り換えなくてはならず、(二股等にして同時には使えないので)これもほんの少しだけ残念でしたが、今迄書いて来た事柄は非常に贅沢な悩みなので、気にならない人の方が多いかも知れません。
