Nice location and cozy flat

Pros: Located 10 minutes walk from Nippori Station and near Usuigudani too, so convenient for transportation. Small and cozy apartment with a bath and equipped kitchen for a nice price in Tokyo.

Cons: We were 4 people staying and there is clearly a bed that is more comfortable than the other, as one is a sofa-bed. A bit tight for 4 people with luggage, but we made it work.
