good location and clean room

Pros: The property is quite near to Kamata station. It takes only 3 mins to get the hotel. Though this hotel is still a bit far from the city centre, the transportation is not a big problem. Besides, i also enjoy the hot spring there. But it is too popular so always crowded.

Cons: Otohime in private toilet is not really necessary, actually it is a bit noisy.

Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely onsen. Room is compact but western standards but good for Tokyo standards.

Pros: Place is very clean & tidy, the night staff Yuka helped me how to use the laundry machine. The morning supervisor provided a free print service.

Pros: I think I like this place near Kamata train station, Tokyu and food store. The room is quite clean. This place provides pajamas that you can use free t first floor.

Comfortable and Convenient

Pros: The hotel was very conveniently located for our final stop, with an easy one-train ride to Haneda Airport. It was also close to a Don Quijote, which made last-minute shopping very easy. The on-site bath facilities were a great way to relax after a long day of shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was happy to receive and store online purchases for us up to two days before our arrival, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was good value for money and a comfortable option for a short stay.

Cons: The room was the smallest hotel room we stayed in during our trip. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us as we were mainly using the room just to sleep.

Pros: Extremely convenient with lots of convenience stores nearby, donki right next to the train station as well as various food stores scattered around the neighbourhood.

Amazing

Pros: Really loved the location of the hotel. A quick walk to the kamata station and lots of restaurants to try! Plus family mart and 7/11 is so close too. The staff are so lovely and helpful.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard for our liking so it did make our backs hurt but was still able to sleep
